CLR Crosby Whistle Central London Railway locomotive Whistle marked CROSBY STEAM GAGE & VALVE CO BOSTON and complete with operating lever. Measures 1.75in diameter and 15in long. From one of the following 1903 stock units that were converted to s now & sleet units in 1939; ESL 109/110/115. This whistle was recovered from one of these in 1976.

Built 1964 Swindon ex D9506 Worksplate BUILT 1964 SWINDON ex British Railways Diesel Hydraulic Class 14 D9506. Allocated to 85A Worcester and withdrawn from 86A Ebbw Junction in December 1967. Scrapped at Arnott & Young Rawmarsh. Oval cast alumin ium, lightly face cleaned, and just discernible on the back is D9506. Measures 10.5in x 6in.

Allocated to Old Oak Common, Swindon, Bristol Bath Road, Carmarthen and 81D Reading from where it was w ithdrawn in July 1962. Scrapped two years later at Cashmores Newport. Partly face restored, rear original.

Bullidae ex 47194/37431 Nameplate BULLIDAE ex British Railways Class 47 Diesel 47194 named at Crewe Diesel Depot in August 1988. Removed in April 1991 and fitted to Class 37 37431 at Immingham Depot in May 1991. Nameplates removed in April 1993. Rect angular cast aluminium in lightly cleaned condition measuring 45.5in x 9.75in.

LB&SCR 80 1910 ex 32080 Worksplate L.B.& S.C.R. BRIGHTON WORKS No80 1910 ex Marsh 4-4-2 T originally numbered LBSCR 80, then S.R. 2080 and lastly 32080. Allocations included Three Bridges and 75A Brighton from where it was withdrawn in March 1950. Scrapped the following month at Eastleigh Works. Oval engraved brass with 80R stamped in the front and R in the back indicating this is the right plate. In lightly cleaned condition, measures 16.25in x 9.5in.

IOM Teapot Isle Of Man Railway china Teapot with full Coat Of Arms to front and base marked Dunn Bennett & Co Burslem England. Complete with original metal spout and replacement lid. These were used in the Glen Wyllin refreshment rooms and very f ew pieces survive. Stands 5in tall.

Allocated to Stoke, Carnforth, Carlisle Upperby, Rugby, Mold Junction and 6A Chester from where it was withdrawn in August 1966. Scrapped later the same year at Cashmores Great Bridge. In lightly face restored condition.

HE 5636 1959 ex D2587 Worksplate THE HUNSLET ENGINE CO LTD LEEDS 204 HP No5636 1959 ex British Railways Class 05 0-6-0 Diesel Shunter numbered D2587. Allocated new to 56A Knottingley and withdrawn in December 1967 from 62C Dunfermline Townhill and re built by Hunslet in 1969 as works No 7180. It is now preserved. Oval cast brass measuring 11.5in x 8.25in. In as removed condition.

30A ex D5697 Shedplate 30A Stratford until 1973. As fitted to some of the depot's Diesel locomotives. I original as removed condition with BR blue and yellow paint evident. A superb example probably from D5697 as the pair came together.

LMS Planet ex 45545 Nameplate PLANET ex LMS Fowler rebuilt Patriot 4-6-0 built at Crewe in 1934 and numbered LMS 5545 and later BR 45545. Allocated to Edge Hill, Bushbury, Crewe North, Camden and 12B Carlisle Upperby from where it was withdrawn in Ma y 1964. Scrapped later the same year at Connels Coatbridge. Curved cast brass, face restored, with two dot punch marks in the rear indicating this is the right hand plate.

Allocated to 5A Crewe North and withdrawn from Carlisle Kingmoor in December 1980. Scrapped the following year at BREL Swindon. Rectangular chromed brass in very good condition measuring 10in x 4.25in. The first of only 20 Class 40 locomotives manufactured by this builder.

GWR 90 ex RR 32/ GWR 604 GWR brass cabside numberplate 90 ex Rhymney Railway Hurry-Riches Class S1 0-6-0 T built by Hudswell Clarke as works number 1406 in 1920 and numbered RR 32, then GWR 604 and lastly GWR 90 around 1946. Allocated to 88B Cardiff East Dock and withdrawn from there in March 1954 and scrapped. Face restored, rear original. One of only three members of this Class.

LMS Platform Lamp Star Crossing LMS wall mounted platform lamp with original paper lamp name STAR CROSSING. Complete with LMS marked reservoir and large tulip shaped globe glass. Lamp case is also embossed LMS. Star Crossing was a former LNWR station between Mold and Denbigh.
