Note that simultaneous telephone bidding is accepted only on items with an estimated value of £500 or above.
Telephone Bid Bookings must be confirmed before 8pm on the Thursday preceding the auction.
Full Auction results are published on our Website on the evening after the sale.
GWRA do not provide postage, packing or shipping services
Successful buyers may collect lots in person, or arrange third party couriers or postage.

Collections Will be allowed by appointment only and will be limited to one person at a time, this will be available for the two weeks after the auction 8am to 8pm including up to 1pm on the weekends.
After the initial 2 week period a storage charge of £1.20 (inc Vat) per lot per day will apply
Any items not removed within 2 Months will be sold without any consultation with the purchaser and any funds remaining will be paid to the purchaser.
GWRA will not accept responsibility for any breakages whilst items are in transit.
