GWR brass collar Handlamps, a pair, one being a Fogman`s. Both complete with GWR reservoirs and GWR burners. Together with BR(W) Brake Van side Lamp complete with reservoir and burner. Together with a BR(E) Tail Lamp with no reservoir/burner and a BR (W) Signal Lamp.
GWR Mahogany cased Block Bell with a church bell. In original condition.
BR(E) enamel Poster Board Heading CHEAP RAIL TRAVEL, measuring 48½" x 6", in virtually mint condition.
GNR large Signal Lamp copper plated BLANKNEY. Has a brass oval plate at top of chimney `Great Northern Railway No 15858 and also a small circular copper plate on top stamped with the number 19. Tastefully restored.
Smokebox Numberplate 63972. Ex Gresley O2 locomotive built Doncaster and released to traffic in October 1942. Allocations include Colwick, Langwith Junction, Mexborough and Retford. Withdrawn in May 1963. Ex loco condition.
A pair of Edmondson Ticket Dating Machines, one carrying a brass plate `Midland Railway`, the other a brass plate `Edmondson`s Carlisle`. Comes with 9 wooden boxes and a quantity of packeted type.
Brass Station Stamp with wooden handle LNER DAYBROOK. Stands 3¼" high and is in excellent condition.
LNER single pie-crust Handlamp with brass plate `London & North Eastern Railway LANGWORTH` Complete and tastefully restored.
South African Railways brass oval Tenderplate 4115. Measures 4¼" x 7¼" and is in totally ex loco condition. Together with an unidentified Numberplate B 5004, steel and brass measuring 26" x 8". Ex loco condition.
Enamel Advertising Sign `Bullards Beers`, pictorial measuring 18" x 10".
Enamel Advertising Fingerplate `Buy Barbers Teas` measuring 10" x 3".

City of London porcelain/glass street direction sign in cast frame `26 & 28 Great Tower Street` with arrow. Measures 24" x 12" and is in excellent condition. Once the location of Christ`s Hospital School, now an unusually named London Pub `Hung Drawn & Quartered`.
LT enamel Roundel station sign CLAPHAM SOUTH, 25½" x 25¼" in excellent condition. The station opened in September 1926 between Clapham Common and Balham now part of the Northern Line.
Southern Railway enamel Target REEDHAM. Ex SECR station between Coulsdon Town and Purley, opened in March 1911. Reasonable condition.
GN & GE C/I Bridgeplate number 109 together with a L&NWR Bridgeplate number 66. Both in excellent condition.
SECR enamel Sign `All Season Tickets To Be Shewn`. White on black ground in original wooden frame measuring 14½" x 12½". Excellent condition.
Totem BR(S) WEST SUTTON, F/F light green. Ex LB&SCR station between Wimbledon and Sutton. Excellent condition.
Cast iron Sign `Trespassers Will Be Prosecuted` measuring 33" x 17". Totally unrestored, Company not known so a very scarce example.
Shedplate 51L Thornaby. Face restored, rear ex loco
GER mahogany cased Block Gong. The knurled brass nut at one end is stamped `GER` whilst the opposite end has a keyhole lock. Good condition. Together with a mahogany cased Gong and Tapper. Indistinct location pencilled beneath but the date 22/1/29 is clear..
Irish Railways LMSR Heppers Key Machine complete with steel key and brass plated 202 POINTS.. Stands approximately 13" high and has a 2" diameter glass faced indicator at the top with a small lock and key beneath where it is embossed `Paten ted No. 343035`. At the bottom where the Key Token fits, it is embossed `WB & SC Co. London- Heppers Patent`. The original key is in place. Nice condition, painted red with black operating key.
Large Locomotive Lamp of Spanish origin bearing the makers plate "H Mozo Constructor Valladolid"
Worksplate Andrew Barclay Caledonia Works No 666 of 1984. Ex 600HP Diesel Shunter in use with the Army. Ex loco condition
Wood Cased Introscope manufactured by Foster Instrument Co Ltd Letchworth. Used for inspection of locomotive boiler tubes - the eye piece section measures 57¾" has a 6 volt bulb next to the angled prism. There are 4 extension tubes each measurin g 54¾". The wooden box is quality crafted and having 4 clasps to hold closed and an expandable carrying handle. A quantity of spare bulbs are in the left hand compartment.
BR(E) flangeless enamel Doorplate TELEGRAMS measuring 18" x 3½". Extremely good condition.
Nameplate PENDRAGON King Arthur Class. Ex Southern Railway `King Arthur` Class 4-6-0 locomotive built Eastleigh Works in June 1922 and numbered 746, later 30746 by British Railways. Allocations include Salisbury and for most of its BR life, Eastleig h. Withdrawn in October 1955. Stamped in rear `746` and again with a punch. Ex loco with original paint still intact, quite wonderful.
Totem BR(W) NEWPORT HIGH STREET, H/F. Ex GWR station in South Wales on the main line from Paddington to Swansea. Expert repair to the right hand upright of the letter `N` otherwise extremely good with deep colour and shine
Guards Whistle collection, a total of 12 Thunderers comprising: x3 GCR all different; x2 GNR one lip marked one side marked; x5 L&NER; BR(E); BR(M).
GNR double pie-crust Handlamp brass plated `Great Northern Railway RAUCEBY No 5`. Complete with interior reservoir and burner. Tastefully restored.
L&YR mahogany cased Block Bell. The case and base are stamped `L&YR 798` and the underside is branded `LNWR`. Good condition.
SECR 3 aspect Handlamp with SER reservoir and SR burner. The lamp has the typical flat lens at the front and the reducing cone has the brass plate `SE&CR GN No 2213 affixed. Beside this is a small brass button plate engraved with the letter `A`. The body is stamped `SER` as is the rotating drum. In all a very attractive lamp.

GWR Spagnoletti two line Block Instrument with rear Relay Box intact.
Worksplate Pierwsza Fabryka Lokomotyw W Polsce Chrzanow No 2112 dated 1950. Measures 12" x 7", ex loco.
Eastern Counties Railway Company (and Great Eastern Railway) `Excursions And Special Arrangements for the month of June 1860 through to June 1863` published at the Superintendent`s Office, Terminus, Shoreditch and the Several Railway Stations. An inc redible survivor with an enormous amount of pages laid out in Handbill style showing special trains, excursions, cheap trips, family excursions etc etc. Must be viewed (carefully). The spine has come away leaving the front cover detached but the interior is well sound and the different coloured `handbills` are vibrant and fresh considering the age. A quite magnificent insight into late Victorian Railway operations.
GNR large Signal Lamp copper plated BRACEBRIDGE BRICK SIDINGS. Has an oval brass plate on chimney Great Northern Railway No 7027. Tastefully restored.
Ruston Proctor & Co Lincoln Worksplate number 24068 together with a later Ruston & Hornsby Lincoln Worksplate Size 48 Class DS No 279597. Both from Diesel Shunters, the former being prior to 1918 when both companies became Ruston Hornsby.
GWR mahogany cased Block Bell with R.E. Thompson makers plate on bottom front base. Cow-bell style, the front face has a blanking plate affixed presumably where the Tapper was once fitted. Good condition.
Large Locomotive Lamp of European or possibly South American origin bearing a makers plate `Jose Ubach`
Carriage Print `New Forest` by Hesketh Hubbard from the Southern series.
GWR Tyers No 9 Single Line Token Instrument with brass numberplate 114 affixed to the base. Also has a makers plate attached `Tyer & Co Ltd London & Carlisle Electrical & Mechanical Signalling Engineers`. A lovely, manageable instrument.
Totem BR(S) BROCKLEY, F/F light green. Ex LB&SCR station between New Cross Gate and Forest Hill. Excellent condition.
GWR 1947 Single Pegging Permissive Block Instrument. In original condition.
Three framed and glazed carriage prints (one original frame). All Hamilton Ellis `Wirral Railway 1595`; `North London Railway 1870`; and `North Staffordshire Railway 1915`.
SWR 3 aspect Handlamp with unmarked reservoir and burner. Stamped SWR on the side and a small brass plate stamped 203 is attached opposite. Together with a GER 3 aspect Sliding Knob Handlamp with an LNE reservoir and a BR E&NE burner. The locatio n plate is missing but the initials GER show beneath. Copper cowl to front lens. Finally a LMS General Purpose Handlamp with original reservoir clearly stamped LM&S and an unmarked burner. The curved top is embossed in large letters `L.M.S`. Good condition.
LBSCR C/I Sign BURPHAM measuring 16" x 3¼", scalloped corners, in original condition and similar in shape and size to the LBSCR Tickets C/I sign that can be seen at Sheffield Park on the Bluebell Rly. A significant rarity.

Smokebox Numberplate 61126. Ex Thompson 4-6-0 B1 class built by the North British Locomotive Company under works number 25882. Spent almost its entire life at Retford. Withdrawn September 1963. Ex loco condition.
Midland Railway brass Lever Plate `SPETCHLEY LINE CROSSOVER`. The rear is stamped `DOWN LOCAL HOME`
Birmingham City Corporation cast iron Street Sign with ornate end design WINSON GREEN ROAD, totally unrestored.
GWR Signal Box Control Instrument. Dating from the late 1920s onwards, these were part of the G.W.R.`s `Economic Maintenance System` for lighter-used single lines. They controlled ganger`s locks in p.way cabins along a stretch of single line and whe n put into operation enabled the ganger to withdraw a circular brass key, from either a round Signal Dept release instrument, or later the `dog kennel` type of release. At the same time the normal key token operation for the particular section would become inoperable, to protect the p.way gang as they worked.
GWR cast iron post-grouping Doorplate GENTLEMEN, face restored, rear original.
LMS Stanier Locomotive Hooter clearly stamped with company initials measuring 16" in length
GNR(I) Saxby & Farmer all copper Signal Lamp with a lens on all sides. There is a large blue lens with a small similar to the left and a large red lens with a small clear lens to the right. A large oval brass plate is affixed to the chimney cone `Saxby & Farmer Signalling Engineers London W`. Very attractive and would polish up brilliantly for display.

L&NWR `Tombstone` Block Bell with Tapper with the `box` part measuring 7½" x 3¾". Good condition throughout.
