Advertising enamel Sign `South Wales & Monmouthshire Hairdressers Federation - Federated Saloon`. White on blue ground. Double sided wall mounted, 15" x 10". Good overall condition.
Wooden Jacobs Biscuits Dispenser. Wording in gold -leaf style `Jacob`s Biscuits In The New ½lb Air Tight Cartons`. Also an image of the packet itself in the centre. Has six slots at the bottom to dispense the packets. A lovely item not been before. I n very good overall condition.
Advertising enamel Sign `7-20-4 R G Sullivan Cigar - made in Manchester N J`, 23" x 10½". Good colour and shine but some damage.
Advertising enamel Sign `Cadbury`s Cocoa - Absolutely Pure Therefore The Best`, measures 95" x 24". White on blue with a picture of a girl in period dress. This sign dates from around 1890 and is one of the earliest Cadbury signs known to e xist. Made for the Cadbury`s Campaign promoting cocoa for medicinal purposes. Loss around left hand edge and also around the bolt holes, otherwise good colour and shine and overall very good.
Advertising enamel Sign `Players Navy Cut Cigarettes`. Blue lettering on a white ground with a central picture of the cigarette packet. Very good condition, some edge chipping and one or two other minor chips.

Totem BR(M) WIGAN, F/F. Ex L&NWR station on the West Coast Main Line between Crewe and Preston. A little faded with some early over painting mostly on the edges, now flaking.

Carriage Boards BR(S), Qty 2 comprising:- LONDON-BRUSSELS-DOVER-OSTEND the other side reads CONTINENTAL EXPRESS SHORT SEA ROUTE; LONDON-PARIS-LILLE-BRUSSELS. Both measure 132" x 5". (To be removed on the auction day )

BR framed and glazed diagram of `Manchester Glossop & Hadfield Lines` with BR(M) totem at both ends across the top. Shows the line with stations from Manchester London Road, through Guide Bridge, Godley Junction and Dinting.
BR Posters, a pair relating to the closure of lines for the Gravesend - Allhallows station to passengers and freight traffic and another for closure of the Westerham Branch 30/10/1961.Each mounted on a board with frame.
Single Line alloy Key Token MORFA MAWDDACH - PENMAENPOOL. Ex Cambrian Railway section once called Barmouth Junction situated on the opposite side of the river to Barmouth.
Beyer Peacock brass worksplate , Beyer-Garratt 7207 Manchester 1947, face is painted green and chalked on the back is SAR 4040 GEA which was a 4-8-2+2-8-4 locomotive. Measures 10" x 5¾"
Signalling Repeaters, Qty 3 comprising:- L&NWR `tombstone` style Home Signal Indicator in pretty much ex box condition; GWR brass cased Distant Signal Repeater in good condition; brass cased BR Repeater marked `Church Street Crossing`. (3 items)
GWR C/I Platform Sear Ends, Roundel type x 3 from the longer seat. Tastefully restored in the light sandstone GWR colour and measuring the correct 32” top to bottom.
BR(S) enamel Doorplate STATION MASTER, F/F dark green 18" x 6" in excellent condition with a good colour and shine an one small repair to top left hand corner.
Cast Aluminium Road Sign "350 Yds Low Bridge Headroom 15` 8" . Three sections, the distance, with left facing arrow at the top, the bridge image with reflective beads in the centre and the Low Bridge Headroom at the bottom along with the he ight which has reflective beads. Totally unrestored.
Metropolitan Railway Carriage Panel `Metropolitan Railway & Connections`. Unframed, it shows the Inner Circle Railway with radiating lines to Hammersmith, Uxbridge, Finsbury Park and New Cross etc. Some staining to the bottom but a great scarcity nevertheless. Together with Metropolitan Underground Stock Carriage Panel advertising `Punch - Our National Weekly` together with a couple of others, one advertising Holiday Haunts, the other advertising Driver Sinclair`s Scottish Bus Group.
BR(W) enamel Platform Sign WAITING ROOM, F/F 24" x 18" in virtually mint condition.

French enamel sign DANGER DE MORT etc white on blue enamel a rare sign from Latour in the Pyrenees. The station is the terminus for an amazing 39 mile long, metre gauge, 3rd rail 850V DC electric line operated by SNCF which includes the highest stati on in France. GWR wood with cast iron letters double sided wall mounted sign GENTLEMEN , complete with brackets.
Totem, BR(W) STOURBRIDGE JUNCTION, F/F with `Junction` in the lower panel (much rarer than the H/F single line version). Ex GWR station between Hagley and Dudley, junction for Stourbridge Town. Opened by the Oxford Worcester & Wolverhampton Railw ay in 1852 at a slightly different location to that of the current station. Extremely good condition with deep colour and shine, a few minor scratches.
GWR Platform Indicator Finger Board `LOCAL TRAIN TO OXFORD`. Almost Certainly ex Honeybourne station.
BR enamel station sign STAFFORD, F/F, 42" x 8" white on black, in excellent condition.
Single Line alloy Key Token LLYNCLYS JUNCTION - BLODWELL JUNCTION. Ex Cambrian Railway section in the Tanat Valley between Oswestry and Llangynog. Blodwell closed to passengers in January 1951. A rare token indeed.
British Railways(W) double sided enamel Station Direction Sign, ex Witney. One side has corrosion on the top and particularly the bottom edge otherwise reasonable overall condition.
Carriage Print `Staithes, Yorkshire` by Gyrth Russell from the LNER series. In an original type glazed frame. Excellent condition.
Totem, BR(S) PADDOCK WOOD, F/F. Ex SER location between Tonbridge and Headcorn, opened as “Maidstone Road” in 1842, renamed in 1844. Excellent condition.
A pair of C/I Signs comprising:- South Eastern & Chatham Railway standard 40/- Trespass, white lettering on green ground; L&SWR Stop - Look & Listen Before Crossing The Line, original white lettering on pale red ground.
British Railways(W) enamel Poster Board Heading, 27" x 4" in excellent condition throughout.
BR(W) bakelite cased wall clock by Smiths, the 5½" Arabic numbered dial is in good condition with the chrome plated surround stamped BR-W , the rear of the case is stamped BR-W 4176 as is the back of the movement. A nice mechanical clock in full working order. Note these style of clocks were also used in Motor coaches.
Shedplate 30A, Stratford until May 1973. Clear bolt mounting marks in face paintwork.
BR(S) enamel Doorplate LADIES ROOM, F/F dark Green 24" x 12" , in virtually mint condition with a good colour and shine.
Single Line alloy Key Token MADELEY JCT - LIGHTMORE JCT. Ex GWR section on the Wellington, Much Wenlock and Craven Arms branch. Closed to passengers in 1962 but retained for freight as far as Buildwas Power Station. Note the incorrect spelling of Lig htmoor.
GWR 5" diameter brass cased Track Occupied/Clear banner Indicator with right angled, steel mounting bracket and an ivorine plate fitted which reads `Down Main Through Points 38 (B 60 T). Excellent condition.
Worksplate Sharp Stewart & Co Ltd Atlas Works 4922 dated 1902 Glasgow. Ex B class 0-4-2T built for the North Western Railway and used on the narrow gauge Kalka Simla Railway as No 11. Totally ex loco.
