GWR tinplate Map in original oak frame measuring 34 inches x 28 inches. Dated 1925 it is in good condition and bears an original delivery label on the rear
Worksplate Dubs 3881 dated 1900, brass diamond shape. Ex Caledonian Railway McIntosh Class 812 0-6-0 No. 865 later LMS Class 3F No. 17603 which became BR 57603. Entered service in April 1900. In BR days it was allocated to Grangemouth, Dalry Road and finally Polmadie. Withdrawn in March 1962 and sent for scrap to J. N. Connell at Union Works, Calder.
Single Line alloy Tokens qty 4 broken across the body comprising: 'Ross-Fawley', 'Ross-Mitcheldean Rd', Llanhillet Middle - Crumlin' and 'Rotherwas Jc - Fawley'. Quite possibly unique survivors and unusually destroyed by BR by using a guillotine or s imilar.
GWR early brass Lever Leads qty 7 including a number '0'. Quite scarce to see the number '0' as this would have been added to a frame before lever No 1. Much more common for levers to be added at the other end.
GWR Nameplate BRIDGWATER CASTLE. Ex GWR 'Castle Class' 4-6-0 locomotive built Swindon Works in June 1939 and numbered 5096. First and August 1950 shed allocations Bristol, Bath Road. Double chimney and 4 row superheater fitted January 1959. March 195 9 shed allocation Bristol, Bath Road. Had a few spells at Weston-S-Mare and Taunton before going to Cardiff Canton then Cardiff East Dock. Final allocation was Worcester from where withdrawal took place in June 1964.
Nameplate Quaker Enterprise. Ex HST Power Car number 43135 named at Bristol Temple Meads 22/07/05. Removed at Brush Loughborough during re-engineering in 2007, in ex loco condition. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railways in aid of their nominated C harity, Prostate Cancer UK and will come with an official certificate confirming the original owner. Nameplate Merchant Venturer, stainless steel. Ex HST Power Car number 43125 named Bristol Temple Meads 17/04/85 using cast aluminium nameplates. These were removed on repaint in to Swallow livery in the late 1980s and replacement stainless steel name plates fitted during June 1994. Removed at Brush Loughborough during re-engineering in 2006. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railways in aid of their nominated Charity, Prostate Cancer UK and will come with an official certificate confirming the original owner. Nameplate City of Bristol, cast aluminium. Ex HST Power Car number 43126 named at Bristol Temple Meads on 17/04/85 with cast aluminium nameplates. These were removed in September 1987 and the power car was renamed using stainless steel plates at Bris tol St. Phillips Marsh Depot on 17/09/91. These were replaced again in June 1994 by a new set of cast aluminium nameplates which were removed at Brush Loughborough during re-engineering in 2007, in ex loco condition with traces of green and blue paint along the edge. London & North Eastern Railway enamel Sign ' LNER (NE Area) - To Be Emptied and Returned To Stationery Store Gateshead'. Red lettering on white ground 15 inches x 5.5 inches. Some chips but a very scarce sign indeed.

LMS Handlamps, a pair. One has the familiar drum chimney but plain aspect glasses, not slatted glass. Complete with reservoir and burner. The other is a later pattern with reducing cone and LMS side embossed. Complete with original reservoir and LMS burner. Both tastefully restored.

BR(M) nickel cased Guards Pocket Watch by Montine of Switzerland. Has a good quality 17 jewel movement with Incabloc. BR(M) 898 engraved on rear it comes with original chain. In good working order.
Totem BR(S) CHELSFIELD fully flanged, dark green. Ex SECR station between Orpington and Sevenoaks, opened 2 March 1868. In very good condition with a couple of small repairs.

Three Photograph Albums containing approx 1200 b/w photographs taken around the early 1950's. One album is L&LSR /NCC / GNR(I) and CIE; another is LNER and the third is WD / GWR /BR etc. Many interesting and scarce shots of stations and locos with o ther infrastructure, most well annotated. All have been stuck down although many are coming loose.
LNER Cast iron Trespass signs One is the extremely rare version based on the std GN pattern but with the 07 casting number above the central bolt hole TPLN106 and the other is the std LNER 07 casting, both cleaned and primed ready to paint.

GWR Tunnel inspection lamp.Large brass clasp and hinges enable to back to be screwed tight onto a fitted seal and the front glass is fitted completely air tight. The chimney is fitted with 'miners lamp' gauze. Chimney stamped GWR , Hinges stamped GWR and Reservoir stamped GWR. A very rare lamp.
