Shedplate 16A Nottingham Midland 1950-1963, Toton 1963-1973. Together with a self cleaning cast plate. Face restored, could have been off one of the BR STD Class 4 locomotives shedded there.

BR(NE) enamel doorplate PRIVATE, a pair, one fully flanged and the other flat. Both measure 18in x 3.5in. and are in good condition with some chipping.

Great Eastern Railway 8inch mahogany cased railway clock with original Seth Thomas USA going barrel movement and original hands and bezel. Rear of case is branded GER 3 times and marked Fakenham. The dial was repainted post 1948 and visible is BR(E) 3696. The LNER clock records confirm that this clock was located in the Booking Office at Fakenham. In good working condition complete with key.

Nameplate DAME JOAN SUTHERLAND JULY 1994 probably a presentation plate as the nameplate carried was without the date. Rectangular stainless steel measures 34in x 10in. Together with an experimental cast aluminium nameplate LUCIANO PAVAROTTI measuring 42in x 9in. This plate was never fitted.

A selection of Irish interest COACH TRANSFER COAT OF ARMS, all mounted on wood. To include; Great Northern Railway Board appears to be original and cut from a coach side, Belfast & County Down Railway, Great Southern & Western Railway, Great Northern Railway Ireland, Great Southern Railways, County Donegal Railways Joint Committee, and Midland Great Western Railway of Ireland. In total 7 items, the largest being 20in x 20in.

LNER/BR(E) locomotive headlamps x3, all complete with reservoirs, burners, reflectors and red flip up lenses.

London Transport FF enamel signs x4 to include: LIFT TO TICKET HALL, 32in x 10in; TICKET MACHINES ASSISTANCE AND TICKETS, 39in x 9in; WAY OUT, 42in x 10in; LIFT TO STREET, LIFT TO PLATFORMS 2 & 3, 59in x 10in. All fully flanged and in excellent cond ition.

An important collection of Irish Railway photographs, 3 albums in total. Together with 100 B/W medium format negatives of Irish steam locos.

GWR locomotive sign NOT TO BE MOVED. In original condition complete with bracket and handle, measures 35in x 8in.

LMS/LNWR enamel destination board WATFORD-BROAD STREET as used on the LMS/LNWR electric suburban stock. Measures 28.25in x 4in and is in good condition with some chipping.

Southern Railway enamel sign WAY OUT. In very good condition measures 24in x 18in.

Worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LTD GLASGOW No26208 1948 ex LNER B1 4-6-0 61307. Allocations included 61A Kittybrewster, 61C Keith, 64A St Margarets, 64C Dairy Road, 64F Bathgate and 62A Thornton Junction. Withdrawn from St Margarets in N ovember 1966 and scrapped at Motherwell Machinery the following month. Diamond shaped brass, face cleaned and rear is ex loco.

Southern Railway enamel target sign RICHMOND from the former LSWR station between Clapham Junction and Twickenham. Has had some restoration mainly around the edge but displays well. Measures 29in long.

South African brass cabside numberplate SOUTH AFRICAN RAILWAYS 1983 15BR ex 4-8-2 built originally as a class 15B by the Montreal Locomotive Works Canada and delivered in 1922. Subsequently re-boilered and reclassified as class 15BR. The locomotive w as sold to The Mozambique Railways in 1973 and numbered 425. Oval cast brass in restored condition.

Diesel worksplate shaped press brass JOHN FOWLER & CO (LEEDS) 4240016 ex standard gauge 0-6-0 DM, delivered new to London Thames Haven Oil Wharves Ltd. In 1972 it moved to Shell UK Ltd at the same location. After withdrawal it was purchased by the Do wty Preservation Society Ashchurch in 1979 then moved to the G&SWR at Toddington. It is now assumed it has been scrapped. Lightly face polished.

GWR mahogany and pine roll front Ticket dispensing/storage cupboard. In very good condition complete with all original racks. Measures 35in x 34in x 8in deep.

To include; Glyn Valley Tramway, London Tilbury & Southend Railway, The Liverpool Overhead Railway Company and a blue version of The London Midland & Scottish Railway Company from the Co ronation Scot carriages. All in excellent condition, the largest being 17in x 17in.
