London Transport underground enamel frieze sign JUBILEE LINE. Measures 47in x 5in and is in very good condition.
Great Western and Great Central Joint Railways 12in mahogany cased English fusee drop dial trunk railway clock. The case, with convex surround and a spun brass bezel, has 2 side doors and a bottom door secured with a ball bearing catch. The GWR & G.C . ivorine numberplate 7 is on the left hand side of the case. The dial has been restored possibly over the original paint. The brass chain driven fusee movement is in cleaned condition. In working condition complete with pendulum and key. A rare Joint clock.
GWR china washbowl marked to the inside with GWR twin shield CoA and GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY HOTELS. Base marked Copeland Spode England. Measures an impressive 16.5in diameter and 5in tall. In excellent condition.
GWR mahogany cased double line Spagnoletti block instrument marked Up and Down Line. Complete with both keys and flaps. In lightly cleaned condition.
Worksplate DUBBS & CO GLASGOW LOCOMOTIVE WORKS No 3534 1897 ex LSWR Drummond 700 Class 0-6-0 No346 30346. Allocations included 70C Guildford and 70B Feltham from where it was withdrawn in November 1962. Diamond shaped cast brass, face restored and re ar lightly cleaned.
GWR brass signal lever leads x6 consisting of: 44 up main facing from down main, 6in long; 15 down avoid'g line to sidings start'g 8, 6.5in long; 10 down avoid'g line to main start'g 12 11, 7.5in long; 7 disc for No 17 8, 4.5in long; 53 up main adv'c 'd start'g, 4.5in long; 22 disc for No 23 23, 4.5in long. All believed to be ex Pontardulais Signal Box.
Diesel Worksplate ANDREW BARCLAY SONS &CO LTD KILMARNOCK No 508 1966. Ex standard Gauge 0-6-0DH which went new to GKN (Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds) East Moors at Cardiff as their No.118. Circa June 1978 it moved to British Steel, Hawarden Bridge Stee lworks, Shotton, and was scrapped in 1982. Oval cast aluminium measures 9.75in x 7.25in and is in ex loco condition.
SR enamel direction sign SOUTHERN ELECTRIC STRAWBERRY HILL STATION with right facing arrow. From the former LSWR station between Twickenham and Teddington. Measures 30in x 20in and is in good condition with some touching up around the edge.

LMS cast iron tenderplate LMS 10497 1945 ex Stanier Class 5 44872. Withdrawn from 10D Lostock Hall in June 1967.
BR enamel FF station sign CHURCH STRETTON from the former GWR & LNWR Joint station between Craven Arms and Shrewsbury. One of the earlier examples from the 1960's before BR changed to screen printing signs. Measures 32in x 5.25in and is in very good condition.
GWR cast iron bench seat ends, script type, x3. All in unrestored condition, one has a small crack which could be easily repaired.
Diesel worksplate GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION Designed & Manufactured with Alstom Assembled at: Valencia, Spain. MODEL JT42HW-HS, SERIAL 968742-03, Class 67, DATE 02-00 ex class 67 67003. Rectangular stainless steel in ex loco condition and measures 1 2in x 4in. One from the first batch of the 30 locomotives built.

Nameplate GLO CYMRU ex BR diesel Class 37 37800 built by the English Electric Vulcan Foundry in 1963 as D6843. Named at Aberthaw Power Station by Cliff Davis, South Wales Director of British Coal, in September 1986. Plates removed in March 1994. In e x loco condition complete with D.B. Schenker Authenticity Certificate.

London and Birmingham Railway Guards Watch by Joseph Fenn of London. A brass and mahogany cased fusee Guards Watch dating from circa 1837, this important timepiece was used by Guards, set and locked at Euston, then travelled with the Guard so he coul d confirm the time at the Stations at which they stopped. Certainly in use before Greenwich time signals were sent by Telegraph. The Brass case is hand engraved to the front Joseph Fenn London and to the rear Euston Station No3 1797. The English Lever fusee movement is in working condition. This is another rare and important railway timepiece to come onto the market with us. Complete with the key to wind and set it. Joseph Fenn is recorded as working from Newgate Street, London and was also elected 3 times the Master of the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers for 1842, 1843 and 1863.

Dial enamelled Spiridion Cardiff 51716, Roman numerals and second hand. Top wound with thumbnail hand set. In working condition.

Ltd. PRESCOT G.W.R, roman numerals and second hand. Top wound with thumbnail hand set. In working condition.
Isle of Wight Railway Guards Watch number 7. English fusee lever movement engraved in script LUCE HOSKING VENTNOR, I. W and numbered 12142. Sterling silver double back case with ISLE OF WIGHT RAILWAY engraved in the form of a Garter although well rub bed, Inner back has engraved number 7 and is hallmarked London 1867. Dial with Roman numerals and enamelled LUCE HOSKING VENTNOR, I. W. Key wound and key set, complete with key and in working condition, an extremely rare watch.
SR Guards watch No1536 with Swiss movement, top wound and top set. Dial marked Dominant and the nickel case is hand engraved PASSENGER S.R. 1536. An early Southern Railway example in excellent working condition.
LNER 9x5 worksplate LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY 1172 1947 ex Thompson B1 4-6-0 built by The Vulcan Foundry. Allocations included Gorton, Eastfield and 62B Dundee Tay Bridge from where it was withdrawn in December 1965. Lightly face cleaned oval ca st iron.

Lists the carriages below a coloured picture and all t he occupants. A truly historical item. Framed and glazed measures 13in x 16.5in.
BR class 71 electric locomotive brass chime whistle as fitted to locos in the original numbering range E5000 - E5023, built at Doncaster Works 1958 - 1960 and used on the Southern Region of British Railways, particularly on the Golden Arrow and Night Ferry services. Mounted on a display plinth the whistle measures 10in long x 2in diameter, in ex loco condition showing areas of rail blue paint and original chroming to the chime barrel, the base brass casting has the A for Ashford in a triangle and YM3 for the grade of brass used. Not common.
Totem BR(W) FF SOUTHALL from the former Great Western Railway station between Paddington and Slough and site of the famous steam shed. In excellent condition, this is the much rarer fully flanged version.

BR enamel Totem Roundel FF BIRMINGHAM SNOW HILL from the ex GWR mainline station in the heart of Birmingham City. This type of sign was only used here and at Bristol Temple Meads although standard Totems were also used at both locations. In very good condition with minor chipping, measures 34in diameter.
