Shedplate 55F Bradford Manningham 1957-1967 and Bradford Hammerton Street 1967-1973. Face restored and rear original with traces of yellow paint so probably from a diesel shedded at Hammerton Street.
GWR 3 aspect pre grouping coppertop handlamp complete with GWR etched glass, GWR stamped copper reservoir and all glasses. Stamped in the side GWR SWINDON Z and with brass oval numberplate 11645. A lovely example that has been tastefully restored.

GWR mahogany cased signal box switching out instrument complete with pin and chain and R.E. Thompson makers plate. In lightly cleaned condition measures 15in long.
Worksplate LMS BUILT DERBY ex Midland Railway Johnson 3F 0-6-0 43639 which was shedded at 20D Normanton and withdrawn from 21A Saltley in 1960. Cut up at Doncaster. Oval cast brass with restored face and rear ex loco with 43639 faintly painted on.
BR diesel flamecut cabside 25109 with Crewe Depot and Data panel. Measures 34in x 23in and is in good condition with some restoration around the edges. All angle iron removed from the rear.

LNER enamel departure sign for the GE section VICTORIA PARK from the Liverpool Street pre-war destination board in blue enamel with white lettering, Victoria Park was a former North London Railway station closed in 1943. Measures 23in x1.75in and is in good condition.
London Transport bus enamel sign BUS STOP REQUEST, double sided with maker’s name Burnham London to bottom. Measures 18in x 15.5in, red, black & white enamel. In excellent condition.

Enamel carriage board ZILLERTALBAHN ex 4 wheeled coach that ran on the 760 mm gauge independent railway from Jenbach to Mayrhofen. Rectangular with a Convex back measuring 30.5in x 7.5in and original makers name Munchener Emaillier- & Stanzwerke, Mun chen. In excellent condition.
A pair of London Transport escalator signs in original bronze frames: PLEASE STAND ON THE RIGHT etc double sided glass, 13in x 15in; EMERGENCY SWITCH PENALTY FOR IMPROPER USE £5 double sided enamel, 8in x 6in. Both in excellent condition.
Midland Railway 12in oak cased drop dial English fusee railway clock by John Hummel of Derby circa 1850. The case with a convex and concave surround, 2 side doors and a bottom door secured with a lock, has the LMS numberplate 12181 fixed onto the dro p. The original dial has been restored as per the original writing and evidence of the A-M telegraphic letters are still visible as ghosted letters. The brass fusee movement has rectangular plates with shaped shoulders. No record survives for this clock however clock numbers 12180 and 12182 are recorded as being at the Signals and Telegraph Department Leicester so this clock was probably also used there. Complete with pendulum and key and original Dr D.R. Parr sheet detailing its restoration and provenance.
Original oil painting RACING THE TRAIN by Robert Nixon GRA. Depicts a GWR 2-6-0 Mogul racing a period car. Painted on board and framed and glazed. Painting measures 14in x 10in and is in excellent condition.
Diesel worksplate GENERAL MOTORS ELECTROMOTIVE DIVISION CLASS 0-4-4-0 SERIAL No26591 DATE 3-61 ex American GP20 type Switcher locomotive supplied under order number 7597 to the Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad as No CBQ920. Transferred to SFS Hym an Michaels in December 1981. Engraved stainless steel measuring 15in x 4in and is in ex loco condition.
SR Electric silverplate condiment holder clearly marked with the SR lightening flash to the front. Base marked Gladwin Sheffield and stands 1in tall and 3in across.

Pullman brass cased double sided clock. The 8in dials are engraved and wax filled PULLMAN 1177 H. WILLIAMSON LTD LONDON. The clock is in working order but sadly lacking both bezels. The case measures 9in x 7in.

GWR nameplate USK CASTLE ex GWR 4-6-0 Castle number 5032 built at Swindon in May 1934. First shed allocation was Shrewsbury, then 84A Stafford Road, 83A Newton Abbot and lastly 81A Old Oak Common from where it was withdrawn in September 1962. Scrappe d at Cashmores Great Bridge in November 1962. In original condition.

IT WAS THE FIRST WELDED JOINT MADE IN ENGLAND TO WITHSTAND SUCCESSFULLY A TUP TEST OF THREE BLOWS OF A 1 TON TUP FALLING FROM A HEIGHT OF 20 FEET. NOVEMBER 1937. An interesting piece of London Transport history. Measures 5.5in long.
