Barry Railway 12 inch Oak cased English fusee railway clock with a spun brass bezel supplied to the Barry Railway circa 1870 to 1880 by Barry & Sons of Cardiff. The quality English chain driven fusee movement with thick A frame plates that are held t ogether by turned tapered pillars, is in fully restored condition. The white enamel painted dial displaying bold block style Roman numerals and the legend Barry Railway Co, Barry & Sons, Cardiff. This particular dial writing is unique and has never had GWR lettering applied the dial has been lightly restored by Dr D.R. Parr. The clock comes with its original BR paper label returning it from Caerphilly to AA Gardane Chief Signalling and Telegraph engineer S&T dept Reading. An extremely rare clock and the only one with this dial writing known to exist. Complete with pendulum and key.
BR fully flanged signal box board SEYMOUR JUNCTION from the new signal box that as opened in 1963 and closed in 2006. The box was located on the former Midland Railway line between Stavely and Glapwell. In good condition measures 102in x 10in.
Shedplate 73A Stewarts Lane ex Class 73 73133 named Bluebell Railway. The plate has had a repair on the right hand side but is ex loco apart from that. Oval cast aluminium.
BR(S) FF enamel sign WAY OUT AND LADIES ROOM, double sided and complete with hanging hooks and chains. Measures 24in x 18in and both sides are in very good condition with minor chipping.
Worksplate AVONSIDE ENGINE CO LTD BUILT 1927 ENGINE No1999 BRISTOL ex SS 0-4-0 ST supplied under order number 7100 new to Stavely Iron And Steelworks and named David. Oval cast brass, face restored and rear original.
LMS silverplate Oyster Dish marked on the top LMS Hotels and base marked Mappin & Webb Ltd. In very good condition measures 6in long.
Tyers single line chromed steel key token EMBLETON - COCKERMOUTH STATION 22, configuration A. Ex Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith Railway which closed in 1966. In ex box condition.
LNER Kesick (Scottish pattern) china items x4 to include: circular SUGAR BOWL, base marked Kesick LNER 1937, 3.75in diameter; EGG CUP, base marked Kesick LNER 1935, 2.75in tall; BUTTER/ PRESERVE DISH, base marked Kesick LNER 1939, 3in diameter; small COFFE CUP with no markings. All in very good condition.
Smokebox numberplate 43887 ex Fowler 4F 0-6-0 built at Derby in 1919. Allocated to 22B Gloucester Barnwood, 85C Gloucester Barnwood and 85B Gloucester Horton Road from where it was withdrawn in February 1965. Scrapped two months later at Cashmores Ne wport. Has been restored and has a neat weld and the copy of the original sale letter from John Cashmore clearly states that it was removed in damaged condition.

Nameplate PENYDARREN ex High Speed Train class 43 43037. Named 31/12/2007 and removed in 2018. Cast aluminium in ex loco condition measures 62in x 9in. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railways in aid of their nominated Charity and comes with an offic ial certificate confirming the original owner.

Nameplate JOHN GROOMS, with separate cast aluminium badge, ex High Speed Train Class 43 43020. Named at Paddington Station 25/08/93 by The Late Margaret Thatcher MP and former Prime Minister. Plates removed in June 2011. Nameplate measures 34.5in x 9 in and the badge 9in x 9in. Both in ex loco condition and come with a GWR authenticity certificate.
Diesel worksplate BRITISH RAILWAYS CREWE BUILT 1960 POWER EQUIPMENT BY SULZER AND CROMPTON PARKINSON LTD ex BR Class 45 Peak 45046 Royal Fusilier. Originally numbered D68 and allocated to 5A Crewe North. Withdrawn from Tinsley in August 1988 and scra pped at MC Metals Glasgow in February 1992. Rectangular cast aluminium, face cleaned but with traces of blue paint, rear stamped 7006.

GWR brass cabside numberplate 4237 es Churchward 2-8-0 T built at Swindon in 1914. Allocated to 86B Newport Pill, 86H Aberbeeg and 88J Aberdare from where it was withdrawn in April 1964. Scrapped at Birds Morriston later the same year. In lightly cle aned condition with engine and boiler class details clearly stamped in the rim.

BR(S) enamel station fascia sign BRITISH RAILWAYS COOKSBRIDGE with totems either side. In excellent condition and measures a manageable 53in x 12in. Cooksbridge was a former LBSCR station between Lewes and Haywards Heath.
Worksplate BUILT 1953 CREWE ex STD Class 2 2-6-2 T 84018. Face restored and with a weld repair to the right hand side. Faintly marked on the back Taken Off 84018. This loco was allocated to 26D Bury and 24F Fleetwood from where it was withdrawn in Ap ril 1965 and scrapped later the same year at Hughes Bolckows.
BR DMU destination box with the following destinations noted; Birmingham Snow Hill, Blaenau Festiniog, Worcester, Hereford, Weston Super Mare, Stratford On Avon, Evesham, Gloucester, Leamington Spa. In full working condition complete with winding han dle. Measures 32in x 12in x 6in deep.

Midland Railway mahogany cased Rotary Block instrument stamped MR Co 1914 in the case. Appears complete and in ex railway condition with some small dents in the wood on the right hand side.
LSWR Tyers No6 single line brass and steel tablet PORT ISAAC ROAD - DELABOLE 15 from the former North Cornwall line closed in 1966. In ex railway condition, rear stamped NOT IN USE.
Nameplate RUNTER HALL. Ex BR-W / GWR Hawksworth modified Hall 4-6-0 locomotive built Swindon in May 1950 numbered 7919. Allocated to 81D Reading, 85A Worcester and 81F Oxford from where it was withdrawn in January 1966, Scrapped at Casmore's Newport May 1966. In lightly cleaned original condition.

London and South Western Railway 8 inch mahogany cased English fusee railway clock with a spun brass bezel supplied to the LSWR circa 1898 by John walker of London. The quality English fusee movement with rectangular plates held together by turned t apered pillars, is in fully restored condition. The white enamel painted dial displaying BR(S) JOHN WALKER 1 SOUTH MOLTON ST LONDON 7582 SW has been restored. The Southern Railway clock records show that this was supplied in 1898 by John Walker at a cost of £2-12-6d and was last recorder in use at Falconwood station Booking Hall. Complete and in working condition with pendulum and key.
GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 7304 ex Churchward 2-6-0 built by Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn Ltd in 1922. Allocated initially to Severn Tunnel Junction, it then spent most of its life at 83B Taunton where it was frequently seen on the Barnstaple line. Withdrawn from there in December 1963 and scrapped at Birds Risca in June 1964. Face restored with boiler and class details stamped in the rim.
Shedplate 83A Newton Abbot 1950-1973 with sub sheds Ashburton to 1958, Kingsbridge to 1961 and Tiverton Junction 1963-1964. Face restored, rear original, with clear Swindon casting and machining marks to rear and edge.
GWR 3 aspect pre grouping coppertop and brass collar handlamp complete with BR-W etched glass, GWR Z stamped copper reservoir, BR-W burner and all glasses. Stamped in the side GWR SWINDON Z and with brass oval numberplate 2217. A lovely example that has been tastefully restored.

Worksplate BUILT 1954 DERBY. Locos built that year were BR STD Class 5 4-6-0 73050-73074 and STD Class 4 2-6-4 T 80054-80057. Oval cast iron, face restored.
