Smokebox numberplate 90708 ex WD 2-8-0 built at Vulcan Foundry as works number 5212 and WD loco number 79269 in 1945. Allocated to 26A Newton Heath, 26E Lees Oldham and 9D Newton Heath from where it was withdrawn in May 1965 and scrapped at Slag Redu ction Co Rotherham in January 1965.
LNER enamel horseshoe lamp tablet CROMER from the former Great Eastern railway station renamed Cromer High in 1948. Double sided with minor edge chipping, measures 15in across. A rare survivor.

South African Railways 12 inch mahogany cased English fusee railway clock supplied by F.W. Elliott of London. The case with a four piece turned convex surround, spun brass bezel, one side door and a bottom door secured by a brass turn. The original d ial is lettered SAR - SAS. The brass wire driven movement has rectangular plates which are stamped Elliott London 0299. Complete and in working condition with pendulum and key.

Nameplate ISAMBARD KINGDOM BRUNEL ex High Speed Train class 43 43003. Named 18/10/2007 and removed in 2018. Cast aluminium in ex loco condition measures 65in x 10in. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railways in aid of their nominated Charity and comes with an official certificate confirming the original owner. Note that the other side is designated and will never be released onto the open market.

Nameplate ST MAWES CASTLE. Ex GWR Castle 4-6-0 locomotive built Swindon in 1932 numbered 5018. First allocation was Old Oak Common in August 1932 other allocations included Newton Abbot, Stafford Road, 82A Bristol Bath Road, 82C Swindon, 85B Gloucest er Horton Road, 86C Cardiff Canton and lastly 81D Reading from where it was withdrawn in March 1964, Scrapped at Cohens Kettering in November 1964. In lightly cleaned original condition and stamped in the back LIN No 5018 Lot 280 indicating this is the left hand plate. One of only a few Cornish named Castles and the first time either plate has been available at auction.

A pair of locomotive Self Cleaning Plates as fitted on the smokebox door. One is painted with 73052 to the rear and appears to be a WR casting. The other has casting details in the back.

Smokebox numberplate 4609 ex Collett 0-6-0 PT built at Swindon in 1942. Allocated to Reading, 81A Old Oak Common and 81C Southall from where it was withdrawn in May 1965 and scrapped at Birds Risca later the same year. Lightly face restored.
BR(M) enamel running in board WHITACRE from the former Midland Railway Junction station between Birmingham and Tamworth. In good condition with a few small chips. Measures 84in x 18in.
Great Eastern Railway 8 inch mahogany cased railway clock supplied by Seth Thomas of Connecticut America circa 1900. The dial has been re written in LNER times and has been numbered 11766, the case still retains its original GER winding label on the rear. The LNER clock records show that clock No 11766 was last in use at Starbeck Station Yard Masters office so had moved after the grouping, it was originally in use at Stratford. In working condition complete with key.
