Smokebox numberplate 4251 ex GWR Churchward 2-8-0 T built at Swindon in 1916. Shedded at 86F Tondu for most of its life and withdrawn from there in 1963. Scrapped the following year at R. S. Hayes Bridgend. Lightly face restored.

This small batch of locos numbered only three, this plate being from the first of the class. Diamond shaped cast brass face restored.

Brass Ships bell stamped NER Co twice on the top. On the inside rim are details of the ship it was salvaged from the shipbreakers. ACT1171 1916 built ammunition carrier finally scrapped in 1973. Admiralty broad arrow stamped on the top. Complete with clapper measures 7 in diameter x 5 .75 in tall. Not only railway interest, but also Royal Navy interest.

A pair of North British Railway salt glazed earthenware items consisting of a small finger bowl face marked property of N.B.Rly Co base marked J. Donald & Co Edinburgh, measures 3.25in diameter, and a small cream jug face marked THE NORTH BRITISH RAI LWAY COMPANY (Coa) REFRESHMENT ROOMS also base marked J. Donald & Co Edinburgh, stands 2.75in tall. Both items are in virtually mint condition and are certainly rare survivors.

Cast aluminium in ex loco condition measures 36 .5in x 8in comes with an official Great Western Railways certificate of authenticity confirming the original owner.
Glasgow & South Western Railway 13in dial mahogany cased regulator railway wall clock. The movement has a deadbeat escapement, Harrisons maintaining power and a gut line. The original dial lettered Jas Ritchie & Son Edinburgh has been lightly restore d and the mahogany case has also been restored to a good standard. The clock number 1050B has been chalked inside along with various employee signatures. A lovely clock in working condition complete with pendulum and key, ex Paisley Gilmour Street Station. This clock was purchased from Sheffield Railwayana Auctions in October 1994 and was lot number 235. A copy of the catalogue accompanies the lot.
Diesel worksplate HUDSWELL CLARKE & Co Ltd LEEDS, ENGLAND No D964 1956, ex standard gauge 0-4-0DM delivered new to Newton & Chambers at Thorncliffe Ironworks, Chapel Town, as their loco NC2. It was later acquired by T Wakefield Scrap Metals of Romfor d and exported circa 1971 to Sobermai NV of Maldegem in Belgium. Oval engraved brass measures 12.75in x 8in and is in as removed condition.
Worksplate ROBERT STEPHENSON & HAWTHORNS DARLINGTON WORKS 7530 1950 ex Thompson L1 2-6-4 T 67796. Shedded at Neasden, Colwick, Kings Cross, Gorton, New England and withdrawn from 34F Grantham in 1962. Lozenge shaped engraved brass in lightly cleaned condition, has a small vertical crack top centre.

Half-cone boiler fitted January 1910, superheated January 1912, reverted to full-cone boiler March 1913, half-cone boiler fitted February 1 915 and then reverted back to full-cone boiler December 1916. Shedded at Bristol Bath Road and withdrawn from Banbury in December 1945 and scrapped. In cleaned condition ready for repainting.

Nameplate SHOTTON WORKS CENTENARY YEAR 1996 ex BR class 60 60017.Built by Brush Traction as works number 919, named in October in 1996 and name removed in November 2008. Re-engined and still active. Cast aluminium in ex loco condition with a small cr ack to top left hand corner, measures 71in x 15.75in. Sold on behalf of DB Cargo (UK) Ltd and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
