Barry Railway 12in oak cased railway clock with a chain driven English fusee movement. The original dial is lettered GWR and visible as ghosted writing is BARRY & SONS, CARDIFF, BARRY COY. The case is in original condition and retains its GWR ivorine numberplate 2732 on the left hand side. In working condition complete with pendulum and key.

Diesel worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LTD GLASGOW No 27820 1958 ex BR Diesel Hydraulic 0-4-0 No D2725. Shedded at 64A St Margarets and 64H Leith Central and withdrawn from there in June 1967. Scrapped at Motherwell Machinery and Scrap Co in September of the same year. Diamond shaped cast brass in as removed condition.

BR Electric locomotive cast aluminium cabside numbers ex Class 86 E3136. Built in 1965 and renumbered to 86044 in 1973. In lightly cleaned condition with traces of original paint and brake dust.

Smokebox numberplate 4578 ex GWR Collett 2-6-2 T built at Swindon in 1927. Shedded at Gloucester Horton Road, 88C Barry, 88F Treherbert and withdrawn from 89A Oswestry in 1958. Scrapped later the same year at Swindon Works. Face restored.

Nameplate GWR 175th ANNIVERSARY ex High Speed Train class 43 43175 Built at Crewe in 1981 and named 16/10/2010 nameplates removed in 2018. Cast aluminium in ex loco condition. Measures 71in x 10in. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railways in aid of t heir nominated Charity and comes with an official GWR certificate of authenticity confirming the original owner.

Nameplate JAMES CLERK-MAXWELL ex BR class 60 60067. Built by Brush Traction as works number 969 in September 1991, named in June 1991 and the name remove in May 2010. Stored at Toton. Cast aluminium in ex loco condition measures 73in x 9.75in. Sold on behalf of DB Cargo (UK) Ltd and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.

BR(W) enamel Double Royal poster board heading BRITISH RAILWAYS. Measures 27in x 4in and is in virtually mint condition.

GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 7200 ex Churchward 2-8-2 T built at Swindon in 1926. Sheds included Newton Abbot, 87E Landore, 87B Duffryn Yard and 87F Llanelly from where it was withdrawn in 1963. Face restored.

Shedplate 16G Westhouses 1963-1968. Face lightly restored.

London & North Western Railway 8in mahogany cased railway clock with a wire driven English fusee movement. Th original dial is lightly restored and lettered L & N.W.R. JNo WALKER 77 CORNHILL & 230 REGENT ST LONDON. The case is in origina l condition with the LNWR enamel numberplate 2975 secured to the right hand side. It still retains its original bezel. A rare clock in working condition complete with pendulum and key. A letter from Dr D.R. Parr confirms that this clock was recorded in the 1960's LM clock census as being in use at Tamworth goods office.

Diesel worksplate ANDREW BARCLAY SONS & CO LIMITED CALEDONIA WORKS KILMARNOCK No359 1941 ex War Department 0-4-0 DM WD number 44. Shipped to Cherbourg in September 1944 as part of the D Day landing and used at Bayeux Stores. Shipped back to England i n June 1946, by then renumbered to WD 70044. Oval cast brass in totally original condition with plenty of green paint. Measures 16.75in x 11.75in.

GWR cast iron seat ends x 3 with the GWR roundel cast into each end. In ex railway condition ready to restore, a lot rarer than the standard script pattern.

Totem BR(W) FF WELLINGTON (SALOP) from the former Great Western Railway station between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury. In good condition with 3 small repairs. This is the rarer fully flanged version.

Original Gouache painting ROSS ON WYE by Richard Ward circa 1965. Produced as possible artwork for a BR poster but never used. Painting measures 16in x 13in. Framed and mounted and is in very good condition.

GNR 3 aspect handlamp with double pie crust with GNR 16861 stamped into the reducing cone and side of the lamp also dated 3/07. Brass plated GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY HATFIELD 24 and later steel relocation plate IPSWICH. In complete and nicely r estored condition.

Nameplate BRITISH STEEL TROSTRE ex BR class 56 56 076, built by BREL Doncaster in 1980, named 31/05/1993 nameplates removed October 1995. Withdrawn in 2009 and scrapped at C.F. Booth Rotherham the following year. Cast aluminium in ex loco condition measures 59in x 18in. Comes with original EWS Certificate of authenticity.

Network South East modern image platform sign KING'S CROSS. Screen printed aluminium measuring 59in x 12in and is in ex station condition.

London Underground enamel target/bullseye sign SWISS COTTAGE measuring 24in x 18in and complete with original bronze frame. This is one of the rare pre war signs and is in excellent condition.

BR-W (GWR pattern) cast iron sign B.R.(W). NO SMOKING ALLOWED BY ORDER. In original condition measures 11.75in x 17.75in.

LMS signal box diagram L&NW JUNCTION BEDFORD. Full colour with FROM HITCHIN and BEDFORD either end. Framed and glazed and dated Feb 1941. In good condition with some tears and small loss. Measures 43in x 18in.

GWR tenderplate GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY SWINDON WORKS 1735 MAY 1907 3500 GALLONS. Locos that carried this type of tender were Manors, Saints, 2800's, Granges, 7300's and 3200's. Oval engraved brass, nicely face restored.

Worksplate KITSON & CO LIMITED LEEDS 1908 ex Cardiff Railway 0-6-2 T designed by Ree, Cardiff Railway No35, GWR No155. Withdrawn in 1953 from 88B Cardiff East Dock and scrapped. Oval cast brass, face cleaned and rear stamped 155 twice.

GWR cast iron cabside numberplate GWR 69 ex Rhymney Railway 0-6-2 T built by R. Stephenson in 1918 and numbered 29. Withdrawn in 1955 and scrapped. Lightly face restored with boiler and engine class details stamped in the rim.

Smokebox numberplate 42956 ex LMS Stanier 6P5F 2-6-0 built at Crewe in 1933. Shedded at Bletchley, Carlisle, Nuneaton, Birkenhead, Crewe, Stoke, Aintree and withdrawn from 8F Springs Branch in 1964. Scrapped later the same year at Central Wagon Co In ce. Face restored.

Shedplate 3A Bescot 1950-1960. Face restored with clear casting bars.
