BR(SC) FF enamel railway sign RAILWAY STATION with right facing arrow. Measures 49in x 8.5in. A rare sign in excellent condition with a few small chips to the edge.
Worksplate No 62019 1948 ex Peppercorn K1 2-6-0 built by the North British Locomotive Company Glasgow as order number L982, works number 26623 and numbered 62019. Allocated to Gorton, March, Cambridge, Stratford and lastly 36E Retford (Thrumpton) fro m where it was withdrawn in July 1964. Scrapped later the same year at T. W. Ward Killamarsh. Oval engraved brass, face lightly restored.
Smokebox numberplate 4200 ex GWR Churchward 2-8-0 T built at Swindon in 1923. Shedded at Cardiff Canton, Aberbeeg and 86A Ebbw Junction from where it was withdrawn in March 1959. Scrapped later the same year at T. W. Ward Briton Ferry. Face restored.
Electric Unit worksplate REBUILT AT SELHURST R.S. 1978 ex 4 Sub Motor Coach that were converted to use as de-icing trains and numbered 002 to 013. Oval cast resin measuring 7.25in x 4.75in and is in as removed condition.
Diesel Bogie plate BUILT 1963 BOGIE No 1000/113 CREWE WORKS ex BR Class 52 D1056 Western Sultan. Oval cast brass and mounted in a glazed display frame with a picture of the loco. Frame measures 15in x 14in.
Doorplate BRITISH RAILWAYS (in totem) RAILWAY EXECUTIVE DISTRICT SURVEYORS OFFICE. Engraved brass measuring 14in x 8in and is in very good condition.
London Underground enamel target/bullseye sign FINSBURY PARK in original bronze frame. Measures 24in x 19in and is in very good condition with a couple of small chips to the centre name enamel.
GWR enamel lamp tablet HARTLEBURY from the former Great Western Railway station between Worcester and Kidderminster. Measures 20in x 6in and is complete with top flange. In very good condition with a few minor chips.
Great Central Railway mahogany cased Pegging block instrument stamped faintly GCR in the top and plated UP BRANCH BROOKFOLD LANE. Ex Godley Junction signal box, in excellent ex railway condition.

Railway wooden sign with cast iron letters ENGINES MUST NOT PASS OVER THIS TURNTABLE. In very good condition measures 36in x 17in.
Nameplate LANARKSHIRE STEEL ex BR Class 37 built by English Electric in 1963 and originally numbered D6808. Renumbered to 37108 in 1974, 37325 in 1986 and back to 37108 in 1989. Named at Motherwell Station by David Kirby, Joint MD of BRB, on 6th Augu st 1986. Nameplates were removed in 1992 and sent to Collectors Corner. Cast aluminium in as removed and sold condition. Measures 65.5in x 10in and comes with British Railways Collectors Corner receipt dated November 1997.
Worksplate BUILT 1954 DERBY. Locomotives built this year were BR STD Class 5 4-6-0 73050-73074. Oval cast iron measuring 10.5in x 6in. In as removed condition.
GWR Cast iron ground frame plate ST CLEMENTS SIDING GF. This controlled the trailing connection (and associated trap points) from the Down Main to the sidings for the power station at Worcester. It was located a short distance on the Foregate Street side of the Level Crossing at Henwick, and fell within the protection of the Down Main Home Signal. It was released by Henwick SB reversing his Interlocking Lever. Measures 19in x 4in and is in ex railway condition.
Barry Railway Company brass cashbag plate, hand engraved B.R.CO CREIGIAU. A rare survivor in very good condition. Measures 2.5in x 1in.
GWR brass signal lever leads x6 consisting of numbers 3 DOWN MAIN, 6 DOWN MAIN, 3 DOWN MAIN, 7 UP MAIN 1 DOWN MAIN and 5 LOOP. All originate from the Cambrian section of the GWR.
LNER brass locomotive whistle as used on LNER K3, V1 and V3 Tank engines. These are sometimes referred to as long steam type due to the long stem between the mounting flange and whistle valve. Complete and lightly cleaned, measures 10in long and 9in tall.
London Transport Underground enamel frieze sign ALDERSGATE measuring 45in x 9in. In very good condition. The station was renamed Barbican.
GWR silverplate Pastry Forks x6. All marked with the GWR Roundel and HOTELS and Elkington Plate. All in very good condition and measure 6in long.
Carriage Print CAMBRIDGE by Cyril H Barraud. A very rare mounted print from the LNER Original Etching series of 1936. In original type glazed frame, print measures 20in x 10in and is excellent condition.

Smokebox numberplate 7921 ex Hawksworth Modified Hall 4-6-0 EDSTONE HALL built at Swindon in 1950. Allocations included Chester West, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Laira and 81A Old Oak Common from where it was withdrawn in December 1963. Scrapped the follow ing year at Birds Risca. In lightly cleaned original condition.

Worksplate W. G. BAGNALL LTD ENGINEERS STAFFORD ENGLAND No2929 ex BR(W) Hawksworth 0-6-0 PT built in 1950. Allocated to Treherbert, Radyr and 88C Barry from where it was withdrawn in January 1960. Scrapped the following year at Swindon Works. Oval ca st brass, face restored, measures 8in x 5.25in.
Totem BR(W) HF WESTON-SUPER-MARE GENERAL from the former Great Western Railway station between Yatton and Highbridge. In excellent condition a rare totem with only 2 known survivors and the other one was sold at auction over 20 years ago.

Shedplate 66A Polmadie 1950-1972 with a Subshed of Paisley from 1967. Face restored over some original paint.
Nameplate THE ROYAL LOGISTICS CORPS and Badge ex BR class 47 47033. Built at Crewe in August 1964, named in May 1995 and name removed in April 1999. Locomotive scrapped by T J Thompson Stockton-on-Tees in March 2008. Cast aluminium in ex loco conditi on nameplate measures 59in x 17.75in and badge 12in x 10.75in. In as removed condition, sold on behalf of DB Cargo (UK) Ltd and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
Midland Railway 12in dial longcase clock by Reuben Bosworth of Nottingham. The original case with arched pediment hood and front opening door retains its original brass LMS oval numberplate 11899. The original dial has had the black work restored and the A frame weight driven movement has been recently overhauled and retains its original steel pendulum rod. A rare clock and certainly the most original of this style clock known to survive. It was last in railway service at Southwell. Stands 54in tall and is complete with pendulum, key and weight.
Nameplate DITCHEAT MANOR ex Collett GWR/BR-W Manor 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1950 and numbered 7821. Allocations included Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Tyseley, Newton Abbot, Croes Newydd, Machynlleth, Oxley and withdrawn from 84G Shrewsbury in October 1965. Named after a manor house near Shepton Mallet, the loco after being withdrawn was saved from Barry Scrapyard and restored. It is now owned by the West Somerset Railway Association. In nicely cleaned condition and stamped L7821 in the back indicating this was the left hand plate.

The Bristol Wagon & Carriage Works Co Ltd enamel coach/ wagon builders makers plate as used on carriages for the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway and others. In virtually mint condition measures 3.5in x 2.75in.
Worksplate CONSTRUCTED AT ASHFORD WORKS SE&CR. Oval cast brass measuring 11.25in x 6.75in. Face lightly cleaned with small crack around right hand bolt hole. It is understood that most SECR locos built at Ashford were fitted with this style of pl ate.
GWR cast iron cabside numberplate GWR 357 ex Taff Vale Railway Cameron Class A 0-6-2 T built by the North British Locomotive Company in 1915 and numbered TVR 124. Renumbered by the GWR 357 at the Grouping. Allocations included Cardiff Canton and 88C Barry from where it was withdrawn in January 1956 and scrapped. Face restored.
Two Great Western Railway wooden boxes of locomotive boiler taps and dies. Both boxes are marked GWR and RETURN TO SWINDON. A must for GWR locomotive owners and restorers.

Shedplate 74B Ramsgate 1950-1958. Face restored with clear casting marks to front and BR(S) Eastleigh triangle in the back. Complete with it is the original purchase receipt stamped British Railways Board Workshops Division Eastleigh Locomotive Works Managers Office -7Aug 1963.

Carriage board LOCO STORES, CREWE measuring 28in x 3.5in. Straw on maroon paint complete with original metal ends. Underneath the painted side can just be made out EUSTON and on the other side NORTHAMPTON which has been over painted.
