Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway cast iron FIRE BUCKETS notice. Nicely restored 15.5in x 9.75in.
BR single line chromed steel key token BRORA - HELMSDALE from the former Highland Railway section between Wick and Dingwall. In ex railway condition.
BR station sign BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET from the former London and North Western Railway station in the heart of the city. This style of sign were early replacements for the totems which were removed in the 1950's. Screen printed aluminium measures 42i n x 19.75in. In ex railway condition.
Great Northern Railway 12 inch mahogany cased fusee railway clock with a large rectangular plated chain driven English fusee movement, supplied the GNR by John Walker of London circa 1870. The original dial displays BR(E) 9840 and the case has one si de door and a bottom door secured with a brass lock. In working order complete with pendulum and keys. The LNER clock records show this clock as last used at Knebworth Station Signal Cabin and that it was GNR clock number 166.
Worksplate THE DREWRY CAR CO LTD CITY WALL HOUSE LONDON EC2 ASSOCIATED WITH ROBERT STEPHENSON & HAWTHORNS LTD DARLINGTON LOCO No 2680 204 HP 1960 ex BR Class 04 0-6-0 D2299 . Allocated new to 40A Lincoln and withdrawn from 52A Gateshead in Januar y 1970 and scrapped at C F Booth Rotherham in 1984. Oval cast brass face restored measures 8in x 5in.
Carriage print LMS TILBURY & SOUTHEND LINES ROUTE DIAGRAM. Drawn by George Dow in 1935, in original glazed frame measures 26in x 11in and is in excellent condition.
Totem BR(S) HF SIDCUP from the former South Eastern & Chatham Railway station between Hither Green and Dartford. Totems at this station were only used on the platform extensions as Targets remained on the original platforms and are not common. In excellent condition.
LNER enamel poster board heading measuring 28in x 5.75in. In very good condition with minor edge chipping.
BR(S) FF enamel signal box board ANGMERING from the former London Brighton and South Coast Railway signal box between Chichester and Worthing. In good condition with some face chips. Measures 60in x 12in.
WORKS 1888 31 ex Holden J66 0-6-0 T built at Stratford and originally numbered GER 313, LNER 7313, 8362, BR 68382 and lastly BR DEPARTMENTAL 31. Allocations included Stavely GC for a short while and Stratford Works where it saw out its life. Oval cas t brass measuring 9in x 5in. Face restored and very rare to see a departmental number on a 9x5 plate.
LBSCR 3 Aspect handlamp brass plated LONDON BRIGHTON AND SOUTH COAST RAILWAY COMPANY and THE LAMP MANUFACTURING CO LTD LONDON. Stamped in the side and reducing cone LB&SCR and complete with original LB&SCR stamped rape oil reservoir. Internal coloured glasses and reflector missing.
Shedplate 82D Westbury 1950-1963 with sub sheds of Frome and Salisbury (WR). Face restored with clear Swindon casting marks to rear and edge.
London Transport Underground target/bullseye enamel station sign WATERLOO. Mounted on wood for display, measures 23in x 18.5in.
Original Pen & Ink artwork for British Railways (Southern Region) 1950s publicity leaflets by Reginald Lander. Arundel 9.5in x 4.5in and Shaftesbury Gold Hill 9.5in x 7.5in. Not signed but artist verified and both in excellent condition.
GWR cast iron cabside numberplate GWR 224 ex Barry Railway 0-6-2 T built by Sharp Stewart in 1890 as works number 3572 and originally numbered B.R.24. Withdrawn in July 1947 and scrapped. In restored condition.
Pullman silverplate Ice Bucket marked on the front with full PULLMAN CAR COMPANY LIMITED Coat Of Arms. Stands 5.5in tall and measures 4.5in diameter. In excellent condition.

Worksplate CONSTRUCTED AT ASHFORD WORKS SE&CR ex Wainwright H Class 0-4-4 T built in 1907 and originally numbered SECR 5, then SR 1005 and lastly BR 31005. Allocated to Stewarts Lane, Ashford, Norwood Junction, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells West and 75E Three bridges from where it was withdrawn in September 1963. Scrapped the following year at P. Woods Queenborough. Oval cast brass measuring 11.25in x 6in. Lightly face cleaned and rear chalked 31005.
Nameplate NEDERLAND LINE ex SR Bullied Merchant Navy 4-6-2 built at Eastleigh in 1945 and numbered 21C14 then 35014. Allocations included Nine Elms, Exmouth Junction, Bournemouth, Stewarts Lane and 70G Weymouth from where it was withdrawn in March 19 67. Scrapped later the same year at Cashmores Newport. In nicely restored condition.
South African Railways brass cabside numberplate 3755 S2 ex 0-8-0 built by Friedrich Krupp AG in Germany in 1952. Face restored.
London Transport underground enamel frieze sign PICCADILLY CIRCUS. In very good condition measures 75in x 9in.
London Brighton and South Coast Railway Tyers 2 position mahogany cased signal box block instrument. In excellent condition stands 18.5in tall, together with a Tyers plunger for this type of instrument.
Brass single line Staff WALSINGHAM AND WELLS from the former Great Eastern section closed in 1964. Solid brass, 16in long, in ex railway condition.
Stainless steel Intercity Swallow, left hand facing, as removed from Class 91 Electric locomotive 91025 and named Berwick upon Tweed and BBC Radio One FM. Measures 24.5in long and is in excellent condition complete with tail tips and Heaton depot lab el.
Tottenham & Hampstead Joint Railway 12 inch mahogany cased fusee drop dial railway clock with a rectangular plated chain driven English fusee movement, supplied the T&HJR circa 1880, the movement is also stamped EX YRK indicating it was sold through British Rail Curios. The original dial displays BR(E) 15487 and has had a thin aluminium secondary dial fitted over the top which can be easily removed if required, which is painted in the grouping LMS John Walker style. The case has flame mahogany to the drop with a brass bow tie lenticle window, one side door and a bottom door secured with a brass lock. In working order complete with pendulum and keys. The LNER clock records show this clock as last used at South Tottenham Goods and was LMS clock number 14244, a rare chance to obtain a clock from this company. The clock comes complete with the full restoration details and provenance as supplied by Dr D.R.Parr.

Worksplate BUILT 1957 DONCASTER ex BR Riddles STD Class 5 73167. Allocated to York, Normanton, Holbeck, Feltham and 6D Shrewsbury from where it was withdrawn in August 1965. Scrapped later the same year at Cashmores Newport from where the vendor purc hased this plate. Oval cast iron in as removed condition. Measures 10.5in x 6in.

Carriage print EDINBURGH by Edwin Byatt from the LNER original Pre War series issued 1937-1939. In excellent condition and was a file copy, in an original type frame, print measures 20in x 10in.
Worksplate BRUSH SULZER No512 1964 ex BR Diesel Class 47 originally numbered D1741 and 47148 in 1974. Allocated new to 86A Cardiff Canton and withdrawn in July 1987 from BR Bristol Bath Road and scrapped two years later at MC metals Glasgow. Oval cas t aluminium, face restored, measures 9.5in x 5.5in.

Allocated to King's Cross, Grantham and 40E Colwick from where it was withdrawn in December 1962. Scrapped the following year at Darlin gton Works. Lozenge shaped cast brass lightly face cleaned. Measures 11.5in x 5.5in.

Allocations included Rugby, Stoke, Nuneaton, Holyhead, Chester and 8F Springs Branch Wigan from where it was withdrawn in November 1967. Scrapped the following year at Drapers Hull. In nice original condition.
