The dial is enamelled G.W.R and is free from cracks but has a couple of tiny chips in the m inute ring. The rear of the case is hand engraved G.W.R ENGG DEPT 88 (Engineering department) In good working condition and not as common as the standard GWR watches.
GWR 3214 Lancashire Watch Great Western Railway nickel cased pocket watch with Lancashire Watch Co Ltd London & Prescot movement No 328590. The dial is enamelled LANCASHIRE WATCH Co LTD PRESCOTT G.W.R. the nickel case has GWR 3214 hand engraved o n the rear but it is fairly worn as is the rear hinge for the back which is fine when closed. Top wound and lever set and in good working condition, circa 1900.
LNWR 3017 Rotherhams London and North Western Railway nickel cased pocket watch by Rotherhams. The brass English lever movement is marked ROTHERHAMS LONDON 178064 and the enamelled dial L&NWR. The rear of the case is hand engraved 3017. Top wound and lever set and in good working condition. A rare watch and the first LNWR Rotherhams we have seen.

The hall marked sterling.925 silver case has marks for Birmingham 1 912 and is hand engraved inside LONDON BRIGHTON & SOUTH COAST RAILWAY 749. The dial is free from chips and has a small hairline. In good working condition. Rare to find a silver cased example.

GWR 208 ex TVR 113/ GWR 317 GWR brass cabside numberplate 208 ex Taff Vale Railway Hurry-Riches Class 04 0-6-2 T built by Beyer Peacock as works number 5387 in 1910 and numbered TVR 113, then GWR 317 and lastly 208 around 1946. Allocated to Aberdare and 88B Cardiff East Dock from where it was withdrawn in July 1955 and scrapped. Face restored, rear original with Caerphilly painted on.

LMS 8in BR(E) 15308 ex Rotherham LMS 8 inch pitch pine cased wall clock. The original dial is lettered B.R.(E) 15308 MADE IN ENGLAND. The pitch pine case measures 11in diameter x 4in deep and is in original condition. The Smiths 7 day going barrel pl atform escapement movement is in good working condition. The LNER clock records show this clock as last being in use at Rotherham (Westgate) and that it was originally LMS clock number 16568. Comes complete with key.

BR(M) signal box board LEIGHTON BUZZARD SHUNTING FRAME. Wood with cast iron letters, in original condition, measures 44.5in x 12in. This sign dates from when Leighton Buzzard No.2 box was reduced to a Shunting Frame box in June 1965 under the overall control of the then new Bletchley Power Box.
Reichswerke Herman Goring Makers plate REICHSWERKE HERMAN GORING. Rectangular cast aluminium measuring 23in x 8.25in. This plate was acquired by the vendors father at the end of the Second World War, use unknown, but looks like it could have been fit ted on something large. In original condition.
LMS Sierra Leone ex 45627 Nameplate SIERRA LEONE ex LMS Stanier Junilee 4-6-0 built at Crewe in 1934 and numbered LMS 5627 and later BR 45627. Allocated to Kentish Town, Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield Millhouses, Canklow and 27A Bank Hall from where it was withdrawn in September 1966. Scrapped the following year at Cashmores Great Bridge. Curved cast brass, face restored, with two dot punch marks in the rear indicating this is the right hand plate.

Diamond shaped cast brass measuring 13in x 5.5in. Lightly face restored.
