BR(E) FF enamel railway sign WAY OUT with left facing arrow. In excellent condition with a few minor edge chips, measures 24in x 24in.
London Underground enamel sign PLATFORM 6 NORTHBOUND measuring 22in x 2in. In very good condition with minor edge chipping. Possibly from Oxford Circus Victoria Line as northbound platforms are normally odd numbers.
Totem BR(NE) HF BROUGH from the former North Eastern Railway station between Hull and Selby. In excellent condition with minor edge chipping. This is the more desirable black edged lettered version.
Worksplate THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC COMPANY LTD ROBERT STEPHENSON & HAWTHORNS LTD LOCOMOTIVE WORKS ENGLAND 2985/8237 1961 ex BR Diesel Class 20 originally numbered D8079 and 20079 in 1974. Allocated new to 65A Eastfield and withdrawn from TI Tinsley April 1977. Scrapped the following year at BREL Derby. Rectangular cast brass measures 10in x 4.5in. Has been cleaned but still plenty of traces of BR blue paint on the face and edges.
Great Western Railway enamel station direction sign G.W.R. STATION PEBWORTH HALT, double sided complete with original mounting brackets. Measures 24in x 10.5in and both sides in good condition with minor chipping. Pebworth was a halt on the line betw een Honeybourne and Long Marston, possibly the only sign that exists from this halt that closed in 1966.
Great Eastern Railway 6inch Mahogany cased Fusee Bracket clock manufactured for the G.E.R. by Bevan of Tottenham London circa 1880. The English chain driven fusee movement has rectangular snailed plates and the dial is written GER and retains its ori ginal cast brass bezel with a keyed lock and the Gothic style case has a glazed rear door and clock number 907 chalked in the back. The L.N.E.R. records show that this clock was used at Liverpool Street Station Land Agent, Inner Office, Hamilton Buildings. A rare and unusual Railway timepiece used by senior employees, complete with pendulum and keys and in working condition, stands 15in tall.
GWR platform sign STATION MASTER double sided wood with cast iron letters. Measures 36in x 17in and both sides are in good original condition.
South Eastern Railway Sykes lock and block accepting instrument complete with plunger and release key. Dial painted TO STARTING FROM CRABTREE CROSSING and complete with Sykes brass makers plate. In excellent condition complete with wooden stand.
South Eastern Railway small china FINGER BOWL marked on the front SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY with Coat of Arms. Measures 2.5in diameter x 1.25in tall and is in excellent condition.
Smokebox numberplate 666 ex Alexandra (Newport & South Wales) Docks and Railway 0-6-0 T built by Kerr Stuart as works number 3069 in 1917 and numbered ANSWDR 34 then GWR 666 at the Grouping. Withdrawn in April 1955 and scrapped. Lightly face rest ored. This smokebox was purchased at one of the early railwayana auctions held at Bath in 1989.
Great Western Railway silverplate Gravy Boat, face marked with the GWR Roundel and Hotels. Base marked Elkington plate and date stamped for 1935. Measures 8in long x 5.5in tall and is in very good condition.

Worksplate AVELING & PORTER ENGINEERS ROCHESTER KENT ENGLAND BY ROYAL LETTERS PATENT No2350 1888 ex 10 ton single cylinder road roller. Dispatched new to Kirkleatham UDC Yorkshire, then to Redcar UDC and lastly to Bomford & Evershed Salford P riors. It was scrapped in the late 1930's. Oval engraved brass, face polished, and complete with most of the original black wax infill. Measures 10in x 7.5in.

Taff Vale Railway nickel cased pocket watch with a Waltham, Mass. movement 4936590 which dates this watch to around 1890, top wound and top set. The dial has a few hairlines. The rear of the case is hand engraved TAFF VALE RAILWAY 272. In good workin g condition.

The dial is enamelled SKARRATT & CO WORCESTER and is free from cracks and chips. Th e rear of the case is hand engraved GWR 1385 and is a little worn. In working condition complete with key.
Manchester South Junction & Altringham Railway nickel cased pocket watch. With a top wound and top set Limit No2 15 jewel Swiss movement and dial marked Limit. The rear of the case is hand engraved M.S.J.A 19. In superb condition and working orde r. The MSJA retained its identity up to 1947 under joint LMS & LNER control. This watch dates to about 1925.
Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway pre grouping nickel cased pocket watch with a Swiss made 15 jewel lever movement, top wound and top set. The dial has a small chip and minor hairline crack. The rear of the case is hand engraved S&D.J.R 5. In w orking condition.
London & North Western Railway pre grouping nickel cased pocket watch with an English Lever movement converted from a fusee to a going barrel movement and fully signed Walker & Son 48 Princess St Leicester Sq London 674, key wound and key set . The dial is enamelled L&NWR John Walker 76 Strand 68 Cornhill & 230 Regent St London and has a couple of minor chips around the outside. The rear of the case is hand engraved Goods Department No36 and also 767 on the inner case. A very early LNWR watch which could benefit from a movement clean as it only goes for a few seconds when wound, the balance staff and mainspring are ok but there is no key.

Nameplate WADEBRIDGE ex Bullied West Country Light Pacific 4-6-2 built at Brighton in 1945 and numbered 21C107, renumbered in 1949 to 34007. Allocated to Exmouth Junction, Nine Elms and 70E Salisbury from where it was withdrawn in October 1965. Now p reserved on the Mid Hants Railway. The nameplate which is lightly face restored comes together with its original Cornwall Badge in original frame and a reproduction West Country Class Scroll. A nice set.
