Works Makers Plate ABB ASEA BROWN BOVERI ex Euro Tunnel Class 9 Tri Bo-Bo Electric locomotive number 9014 named Lucia Popp. Built by Brush Traction in 1993 as works number 1041. Rectangular cast aluminium in as removed condition with 9014 written on the back. Measures 14in x 4.75in.
Great Western Railway Secret BALLOT BOX. Both brass slots are stamped GWR as are the locks. A lovely little item measuring 10in wide x 6.5in deep x 9in tall.
BR station sign ALIGHT HERE FOR ROYAL BIRKDALE GOLF CLUB ex Hillside station Southport. Screen printed aluminium in excellent condition measures 73in x 15.5in.
Nameplate KNOWSLEY HALL ex GWR Collett Hall Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1931 as order number 275 and numbered 5905. Allocated to 87J Fishguard Goodwick for all of its post war life and withdrawn from there in July 1963 and scrapped the following year at Cooper's Metals, Sharpness. In good original condition.
Smokebox numberplate 5647 ex GWR Collett 0-6-2 T built at Swindon in 1925. Allocated to Didcot, Abercynon and 88J Aberdare from where it was withdrawn in March 1964. Scrapped later the same year at T. W. Ward Briton Ferry. In restored condition with a weld to the bottom right hand corner.
Totem BR(M) FF MOSSLEY from the former London and North Western Railway station between Huddersfield and Stalybridge. In excellent condition.
Furness Railway Oil Container plated on the top F.R.C No1 SIGL BOX CORKICKLE STATION. In original condition, stands 13in tall, and has a small dent on the back.
Worksplate THE VULCAN FOUNDRY LIMITED NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS LANCASHIRE No 4854 1939 ex New Zealand Government Railways RM Class Diesel Railcar that was used on the South Island and withdrawn in 1970. Oval cast brass, face restored, measuring 9in x 5.25in .
BR(S) FF enamel station sign TO SUBWAY FOR LONDON TRAINS with left facing arrow. Double sided with reverse side blank. In very good condition with a couple of minor face chips. Measures 48in x 18in.
Furness Railway oak cased slate display board for recording the consumption of the companies engines, starting at number 1 and ending at 129. Some numbers have been overlaid with later LMS locomotive numbers. A unique item and wonderful survivor, mea sures 20in x 16in when closed.
LNER Sykes Type TS 3 position block instrument, ivorine plated MAIN LINE TO WESTGATE NORTH, MAIN LINE FROM WESTGATE NORTH and PLATFORM LINE BELL FROM WESTGATE NORTH. In very good condition ex Wakefield South signal box stands 22.5in tall. Note these instruments date from WW2 and were built for overseas use, the LNER bought unused stock after the war.

GWR brass cabside numberplate 2860 ex Churchward 2-8-0 built at Swindon in 1918. Allocated to Cardiff Canton and 86E Severn Tunnel Junction from where it was withdrawn in March 1962 and scrapped at Swindon Works. Face restored with clear Class and bo iler stampings in the rim.
British Railways cast aluminium depot plaque for Stewarts Lane depicting Battersea Power Station. Square cast aluminium measures 17.75in x 17.75in in as removed condition.
Great Eastern Railway brass signal box shelf plate NARBOROUGH from the former line between King's Lynn and Dereham which closed in 1968. Machine engraved brass in very good condition measures 8.75in x 0.75in.

Smokebox numberplate 44014. Ex LMS Fowler 4F 0-6-0 built at Derby in 1921 and originally numbered LMS 4014. Allocated to Westhouses and 27E Walton on the Hill from where it was withdrawn in December 1959. Scrapped two years later at Central Wagon Co Ince. In lightly face restored condition.
Totem BR(NE) FF PONTEFRACT from the former Midland and North Eastern Railway station between Sheffield and York. In excellent condition with minor edge chipping. One of the few stations that carried these orange flanged totems.
A pair of Great Western Railway ash trays. One is circular pressed aluminium with the GWR roundel logo in the centre and measures 5.5in diameter the other is bakelite with a screw top and engraved GWR on the front in gold lettering, measures 2.25in d iameter x 2.25in tall. Both are in excellent condition.
BR(W) enamel signal box door notice BRITISH RAILWAYS WESTERN REGION NOTICE NO UNAUTHORIZED PERSON ALLOWED IN THIS BOX BY ORDER. In excellent condition measures 11in x 8in.
LMS Presentation Shield THE SIR THOMAS WILLIAMS CHALLENGE SHIELD with a silver plate at the bottom 1952 THIS TROPHY BECAME THE CHALLENGE SHIELD FOR THE LONDON MIDLAND REGION LONDON DISTRICT AMBULANCE COMPETITION (DIVISION 1). Previous winners are sho wn on hallmarked silver discs which include St Pancras, Camden, Willesden, BRB Headquarters, Bedford and the last winner in 1993 Melton House. Sir Thomas Williams was a director of the London & North Western Railway. Measures 36in x 29in and is in very good condition.
Great Western Railway Hotels silverplate salt cellar base marked with the GWR Roundel and Mappin & Web complete with blue glass liner together with a small salt spoon marked with the GWR Roundel and Mappin and Webb and a small pair of sugar tongs marked with the GWR twin shield coat of arms and Elkington plate and date stamped 1929. All are in excellent condition. 3 Items.
BR(M) FF enamel signal box board WEAVER JUNCTION from the former box opened in 1961 and closed around 2012 and situated where the West Coast Main Line and Liverpool Lines connect. In later years the box board was moved inside the box and displayed th rough the front windows. In two sections 74in x 12in and 71in x 12in. Both in good condition with some face chipping.
Worksplate BUILT 1961 SWINDON ex BR Diesel Class 03 0-6-0 ex D2190, which was withdrawn from 82A Bristol Bath Road in December 1968 and scrapped at Birds Long Marston. Oval cast iron face restored rear original with 2190 chalked on the back. Measures 10.5in x 6in.

Nameplate TERENCE carried by ex BR class 08 0-6-0 diesel 08331 operated by RFS Engineering Ltd and numbered 001. Moved to RFS Doncaster 03/88 and resold 05/06 to RT Rail. Worked at several industrial locations including Inco Europe, Clydach, Flixboro ugh Wharf, Allied Steel & Wire Cardiff Docks, Hayes Chemicals Sandbach, the Channel Tunnel and for GNER at Craigentinny Depot. Cast aluminium in as removed condition measures 39in x 13.75in.
