Worksplate BUILT 1960 DERBY ex British Railways Diesel Class 08 0-6-0 in the number range D3937-D4010. Oval cast iron in as removed condition measures 10.5in x 6in.
Nameplate MAM TOR ex British Railways Class 60 Diesel 60082 built by Brush Traction Loughborough as works number 984 in 1991. Nameplates were applied when built and removed in April 2014. Rectangular cast aluminium in lightly face restored condition measures 33.25in x 9.75in. Named after a hill in the High peak of Derbyshire.
A pair of GER/LNER Liverpool Street Station indicator board wooden rollers with the following locations; KIRBY CROSS (enamel) RAYLEIGH (plastic) HATFIELD PEVEREL (aluminium) and WITHAM (plastic). All in as removed condition measuring 19.5in overall.
London & North Eastern Railway waiting room lamp complete with burner, reflector and glass chimney. Stamped behind the reflector L&NER. In nicely restored condition, stands 12.5in tall.
GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 4665 ex Collett 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in 1943. Allocated to Old Oak Common, Reading, St Blazey and 84F Stourbridge Junction from where it was withdrawn in June 1965 and scrapped later the same year at R.S. Hayes/B irds, Tremains Yard, Bridgend. In original condition as stored since 1965.
Worksplate R&W. HAWTHORN LESLIE & Co LTD NEWCASTLE ON TYNE 3700 1928. Ex LNER Gresley N2 0-6-2T numbered LNER 2671, 9577 and BR 69577. Allocated to King's Cross and 34C from where it was withdrawn in May 1959 and scrapped at Doncaster works. Oval cast brass face lightly restored. Measures 10.25in x 6in.
Totem BR(M) FF GATLEY from the former London & North Western Railway station between Crewe and Manchester. In good condition with slight mottling and a small face chip. A rare totem that has only been offered once before at auction.

Allocated to Motherwell, Inverness, Aviemore, St Margarets, Warrington, Bolton and 12A Carlisle Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn in D ecember 1966. Scrapped at Drapers Hull. In restored condition.

Tenderplate LMS 6332 as fitted to various ex LNWR locomotives. Rectangular cast iron measures 8in x 5.75in. Together with a LMS WATER CAPACITY 3500 GALLONS oval cast brass plate measuring 10.5in x 6in. Both have been partially restored.
Large upright brass Hooter Whistle with mounting flange, valve internals missing. Measures 34in long, whistle 4in diameter. Probably ex ship or factory.
BR(SC) FF enamel direction sign WAREHOUSE with British Railways totem and right facing arrow. In good condition with some areas of restoration and slight loss of shine. Measures 28in x 13in. A rare sign.
Worksplate LMS BUILT 1928 DERBY. It is belived that these unusual engraved plates were used on a trio of locomotives that were transferred to the S&D in 1928 Built as LMS 575, 576 and 580, transferred to S&D 44, 45 and 46 (6/28, 6/28 and 7/28 ), in 1930 they became LMS 633 to 635 and BR 40633 to 40635 (6/48, 1/50 and 11/49). Oval cast brass lightly face restored, measures 10.25in x 6in. Together with a small LMS Wolverton 1939 oval cast iron carriage plate.
Nameplate SAO DOMINGOS ex Orenstein & Koppell 0-6-0 WT built in 1928 as works number 11784 and delivered to the PEJAO Colliery Railway Pedorido Portugal. Withdrawn from service around 1972 and now preserved on the Great Bush Railway Hadlow Down S ussex. Rectangular cast brass, face lightly cleaned, measures 22in x 5in.

Great Western Railway tinplate Cash Box. In totally original condition with G.W.R in gilt on the front and complete with both internal trays. Measures 10in x 6.5in x 4in.
HST Class 43 original 1970's Instrument Switch Panels, one with label ex 43046. Both measures 15in x 6in. Together with a Piston from a HST engine.
Caledonian Railway signal box shelfplate ORCHARDHALL. From line that carried the goods only Bainsford Branch between Fouldubs Junc and Carron Junc near Falkirk. Hand stamped brass in ex box condition measures 4in x .75in and probably dates from the o pening of this branch in 1911.
Works builders plate WILLIAM BEARDMORE & CO LTD ENGINEERS SPEEDWELL IRON WORKS COATBRIDGE No 432. Probably from one of the steam boilers supplied for use in boats circa 1900. Hand engraved brass measures 17in x 8in.

Both have been lightly face restor ed. Nameplate measures 36in x 5.25in and worksplate 16.75in x 11in.
Flamecut panel L22 ex British Railways Diesel Class 37 numbered 37718, sent to Spain in April 2001 and renumbered L22 on the nose. Returned to the UK in April 2016 and scrapped at Booths Rotherham. Measures 31in x 24in.
