Pullman Company coach plate Pullman Metro-Cammell Lot No 3281 1960. Oval cast iron measuring 7in x 5in. Totally unrestored with prolific BR blue paint.
Wickham Rail Car worksplate Wickham Works, Ware, Herts No. 2877. Fitted with a Ford V8-79 engine, it was delivered to Ministry of Supply Longmoor in May 1940. Originally No 3, then No 930 and finally No 9109. Oval brass measuring 4in x 2.5in, unresto red.
London Transport Country Bus RT radiator badge. Approximately 6in x 5.75in triangular enamel. Some damage as removed.

Reproduction worksplate Andrew Barclay Sons & Co Caledonia Works Kilmarnock No 2368 dated 1955. Supplied to the NCB, it last worked at Cairnhill Colliery in Ayrshire. Now awaiting restoration at Dunaskin, base of the Ayrshire Railway Preservation Group (ARPG) and now the Doon Valley railway at Dunaskin. Cast alloy approximately 9.5 x 7.25in.
Wagon Plate Built By Gloucester Railway Carriage & Wagon Co Ltd Gloucester 1940. Rectangular cast brass 6.5in x 3.25in, believed to be from a wagon located at Longmoor Military Railway.
Land Rover Solihull vehicle badge with feint marking on rear 25 DM 51 which was a standard Land Rover experimentally converted to rail at Longmoor Military Railway. Original Army olive green paint, 7.25in x 2.75in. Together with a fibrewood, hand pai nted doorplate 49 Rly Sqn RE depicting an 0-6-0 loco, also ex Longmoor, measures 12in x 8in. (2 items)
Worksplate Ruston Hornsby Ltd Lincoln England Loco 224345. Ex 0-4-0 DM 72214 named CAEN built 1945 and supplied to Longmoor Military Railway. Interesting size of just under 4in x 2.5in and of plastic construction, which was the usual practice during the war.
An assorted lot containing mixed signalbox lever leads one of which is LNWR, two Southern and four plastic; Look Out enamel armband; a key; brass sight level; Boiler Tested Steam/Water/ Pressure brass plate; Danger Overhead Live Wires plate; 3 small alloy numberplates unknown origin, possibly German. A pair of alloy internal plates ex F.C Hibberd Planet locomotive 4016. One measures 9in x 5.5in and is the Correct Lubrication chart for Planet Series Locomotives listing options for Shell, Mobil and Wakefields Oils. BR W.R. Telephone Circuit from Pontypool Road to Pandy dated June 1951. List includes Pontypool MPD; Little Mill Junction; Nantyderry; Penpergwrn; Abergavenny; Llanviangel and Pandy. In an original, but unmarked GWR glazed frame. Some staining. A rou gh 1969 similar between Hereford and Llantarnam is behind.

Simplex Mechanical Handling Ltd registered office sign and emergency sign mounted side by side in a glazed alloy frame. Motor Rail was a British locomotive-building company, based in Bedford. Formed in 1911 as The Motor Rail & Tramcar Co Ltd, the y built petrol and diesel locomotives, mainly narrow gauge. During World War I over 900 locos were supplied for use on temporary military supply railways. The trade name Simplex was used from the early days. Re-named in 1972 to Simplex Mechanical Handling Ltd. Measures 18in x 9in.

Rhymney Railway Bridge Plate MAIN LINE No 42. The bridge would have been situated between Cardiff Parade (east of Queen Street) and Rhymney. Oval cast iron with a right side weld repair.

Worksplate Deutz 55262. Ex 0-4-0 DM 107hp built 1950. Oval cast iron measuring 11.75in x 8in retaining original olive green Army paint. Believed to be from a diesel loco used at a BAOR unit in Germany.
Nameplate MARS. From a ex Wehrmacht Gmeinder diesel locomotive used at the Weavers Down Military Railway, two of these locomotives were both captured from the Germans and named Venus and Mars. Mars was withdrawn in around 1957 and used at the Militar y Diesel school as an instructional model. Rectangular cast brass measuring 13.5in x 4.25in. From the collection of the late Major John Poyntz, the last Royal Engineer to be appointed HM Inspecting officer of Railways. Unrestored, original condition.
Signal Box lever frame end plate McKenzie & Holland Railway Signal Engineers Patentees Worcester. Cast iron, face restored, rear cleaned.

Military Locomotive Headboard The Dalheim Pioneer. Used on one of the special Army Christmas Dinner trains in the early 1990’s in Germany. Fully flanged pressed steel measuring 64.5in x 21in.
Locomotive Headboard, 79 Railway Squadron RCT Train WOII. Believed to have been affixed to one of the two PWay train locos working either North or South BAOR areas. Together with another RCT 79 Rly Sqn Board and a small 79 Rly Sqn Wooden Shield. (3 i tems)
