Worksplate LMS BUILT 1944 G.W.R. ex LMS Stanier 8F 2-8-0 built at Swindon and numbered LMS 8422 and BR 48422. Allocated to Northampton, Birkenhead, Aintree and 8G Sutton Oak from where it was withdrawn in March 1966 and scrapped at Cashmore's (Great Bridge). Oval cast brass face restored with LMS cast into the back, measures 10.5in x 6in.

Allocated new to 34B Hornsey and withdrawn from Eastfield in October 1971. Scrapped at Glasgow Wor ks November 1972. Diamond shape cast aluminium, face restored. Measures 14.25in x 6.25in.

Smokebox numberplate 90730 ex Riddles WD 2-8-0 built by The Vulcan Foundry in 1945 and numbered WD 79310. Allocated to New England, Frodingham and 4I Staveley Barrow Hill from where it was withdrawn in October 1965. Scrapped at Drapers Hull. Face res tored with a neat weld repair.

Midland Railway mahogany cased Pegging Block Instrument, case stamped MRCo on the top and front , traffolite plated DOWN FAST BLOCK KETTERING STATION. In very good original condition, stands 19in tall.

Southern Railway enamel target station sign POLSLOE BRIDGE HALT from the former London & South Western Railway station between Exeter and Topsham. In good condition with some restoration mainly around the edges and slight loss of shine. Measures 36in long.

GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 4695 ex Collett 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in 1945. Allocated to Southall, Duffryn Yard and 87A Neath (Court Sart) from where it was withdrawn in June 1964 and scrapped at Birds Morriston. In original condition as sto red since 1965.

Allocated to Staveley, Lincoln and 36C Frodingham from where it was withdrawn in October 1959 and scrapped at Gorton Works. Oval cas t brass, face lightly cleaned, measures 6.75in x 4.325in.

Has carried the unofficial names Peregrine and Hor net. Scrapped on site at Stratford depot by staff of Bird, Long Marston Mar 1994. Oval cast aluminium, face restored. Measures 9.625in x 5.75in.

LNER enamel seatback NEW HOLLAND from the former Great Central Railway station on the branch line from Brocklesbury. In good condition with some well executed repairs to the centre and ends. Measures 20in x 3in.

BR-W brass cabside numberplate 9473 ex Hawksworth 0-6-0 PT built by Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn Ltd in 1952. Allocated to Swansea East Dock and 87A Neath (Court Sart) from where it was withdrawn in July 1964 and scrapped at Birds Morriston. In original condition as stored since 1965 with a slight bow in the centre.

Worksplate NASMYTH WILSON & CO PATRICROFT MANCHESTER No 1265 - 1918 ex Robinson 04 2-8-0 numbered WD 1722, LNER 6558, 3637 and BR 63637. Allocated to Doncaster, Immingham and 36E Retford Thrumpton from where it was withdrawn in December 1962 and scrapped at Doncaster Works. Diamond shaped cast brass, face restored with a repair to the right hand end screw hole. Measures 13.75in x 5.25in.

Nameplate TUMULUS ex Robert Stephenson and Hawthorns works number 7813. Delivered new to Holborough Chalk Quarry, Snodland, then to Holborough Cement works, scrapped 8/74. Rectangular cast brass in original condition, measures 23.75in x 5.5in.

Nameplate WARDLEY OPENCAST with separate Opencast Executive Badge ex British Railways Diesel locomotive Class 56 built at Crewe in 1984 and numbered 56130. Named in 1990. Rectangular cast aluminium, nameplate has been neatly repaired with two welds. Nameplate measures 81in x 9.75in and badge 11.5in x 10in. Complete with DB Schenker certificate.

Then allocated to Gorton, Langwith Junction, Woodford Halse, Immingham, Annesley, Mexborough and 40E Colwick from where it was withdrawn in March 1964 and scrapped at Albert Looms Spondon. Diamond shaped cast brass, face restored, measures 12.75in x 5.25in.

North British Railway Bulpitt 3 Aspect handlamp stamped in the side NBR 5409 REEDSMOUTH 1440 S and brass plated Bulpitt's Patent. Complete with all glasses and original slot in reservoir. In lightly cleaned condition. Reedsmouth was between Riccarton Junction and Morpeth and was closed in 1963.

Nameplate BRAMLEY NO1 ex Avonside 0-6-0 ST works number 1807 of 1918. Delivered new to MOD, Bramley, Hants and later to Tidworth, then Long Marston, scrapped in 1959. Rectangular cast brass in lightly cleaned condition measures 44.75in x 6.25in.

Flamecut cabside panel 45119 ex British Railways Diesel locomotive built at Derby in 1961 and originally numbered D34. In good condition complete with data panel and Snail Shed logo. All angle removed, measures 29.5in x 30in.

Allocated to Darlington, West Auckland, Blaydon, Middlesborough, Thornaby, Selby, York and 51C West Hartlepool from where it was withdrawn in December 1966 and scrapped at Drapers H ull. Oval engraved brass, face lightly cleaned with 3057 stamped in the rear. Measures 12.5in x 6.5in.

GWR Tyers No9 single line steel key token MOAT LANE JUNC WEST - CAERWS, configuration A, from the former Cambrian Railway section. In good ex railway condition.

Tyers No 6 Single Line brass and steel single line Tablet BARNSTAPLE TOWN - POTTINGTON. From the former London & South Western Railway route in North Devon. This was the only single line section, next to the River Taw, the rest was double track. In ex railway condition, rare to find a tablet from this section as Key Tokens were used in later years.

Isle of Man Railway single line staff. Wooden handles both ends with D.P.S and S.B.S engraved and brass engraved plate PORT SODERICK & SANTON. Measures 21.5in long and is in ex railway condition.
