Smokebox numberplate 42961 ex LMS Stanier 2-6-0 built at Crewe in 1934 and originally numbered LMS 13261 and 2961 in 1934. Allocated to Kentish Town, Crewe, Stoke, Bolton, Aintree, Wigan and 9F Heaton Mersey from where it was withdrawn in August 1965 and scrapped at Birds, Bynea. In face restored condition.
Worksplate BRUSH TRACTION ENGLAND No 76 1958 ex British Railways diesel Class 31 Toffee apple originally numbered D5505 then 31005 in 1974. Allocated new to 30A Stratford and withdrawn from there Feb 1980. Cut up at Doncaster Works Mar 1980. Oval cas t aluminium, face restored with 31005 stamped in the back. Measures 9.5in x 5.75in.
LNER cast iron seat back BATTERSBY from the former North Eastern Railway station between Ingleby and Kildale. Measures 32in x 4.25in. Face restored with a repair to the right hand end.

Great Northern Railway Platform Oil Lamp with lamp glass NAVENBY. Complete with original reservoir steel plated Navenby, burner and glass brandy glass chimney which has a small crack at the base, stands 22in tall. From the former station between Linc oln and Grantham.
BR(W) enamel doorplate DEPOSITS. Ex Birmingham Snow Hill station Luggage department. In excellent ex station condition, measures 24in x 6in. A rare and possibly unique enamel.
GWR brass cabside numberplate 316 ex Taff Vale Railway Cameron A Class 0-6-2 T built by The North British Locomotive Company Glasgow in 1915 as works number 21158 and numbered TVR 52, then GWR 440 and lastly GWR 316 around 1946. Allocated to Rhymney, Merthyr Tydfil and 88E Abercynon from where it was withdrawn in July 1956 and scrapped. Face restored, rear original with Caerphilly painted on.

Allocated to Low Moor and 16A Nottingham from where it was withdrawn in March 1960 and scrapped at Crewe Works. Oval cast brass lightly face cleaned, measures 7.75in diameter. Nameplate SIR DODINAS LE SAVAGE ex Urie King Arthur 4-6-0 built at Eastleigh in 1926 and numbered SR 796 and later BR 30796. Allocated to Stewarts Lane, Dover Marine, Ramsgate, Hither Green and 72B Salisbury from where it was withdrawn in March 1962 and scrapped. In face restored condition but not skimmed, rear stamped 796 twice.

Flamecut cabside panel 45048 ex British Railways Diesel locomotive built at Crewe in 1960, originally numbered D70, and named The Royal Marines. In good condition complete with data panel and all angle removed. Some light restoration to the left hand corner. Measures 34.5in x 21in.

Smokebox numberplate 30483 ex LSWR Urie H15 built at Eastleigh in 1914 and numbered SR 483 and later BR 30483. Allocated to 70A Nine Elms for most of its working life and withdrawn from there in June 1957 and scrapped later the same year at Eastleigh Works. Lightly face restored.
LNER cast iron doorplate STATION MASTER ex Osset Station. Together with two traffolite nameplates B.WOODHOUSE who was the last station master. Lot is accompanied by a wealth of paper work relating to the closure of the station in 1964. In original co ndition, doorplate measures 14.75in x 4.75in.

Nameplate and badge HYDRA ex Fragonset Diesel Class 31 31468 built in 1962 by Brush and originally numbered D5855, 31321 in 1974, 31468 in 1985, 31568 in 1990 and 31468 in 1993. Nameplate measures 29in x 7.5in and badge 12in diameter. Both are in as removed condition. Definitely one for the Captain America Marvel fans.
Nameplate MERSEY ex GWR Dean Duke 4-4-0 built at Swindon in 1899 rebuilt in 1907 as a Bulldog class 4-4-0. Originally numbered 3322 then 3314 in 1912. Withdrawn in November 1934 and scrapped. Nicely restored.

Allocated to Carlisle Kingmoor, St Rollox, New ton Heath, Bolton, Warrington, Edge Hill. Patricroft and 10F Rose Grove from where it was withdrawn in August 1968 and scrapped at T.W. Ward, Beighton, Sheffield. Rectangular cast brass, lightly cleaned, measures 8.25in x 5in. A special plate from one of only five named Black Five's and the last named one in service.
