Allocated new to 73C Hither Green March 1960 and withdrawn from SL Stewarts Lane June 1991. Stored at Eastleigh Works until cut up on site by staff of Coopers Metals Swindon August 1992. Rectangular chromed brass, face restored. Measures 8in x 5.75in.

Deltic Flamecut Cabside 55018 ex British Railways diesel class 55. Built by the English Electric Company as works number 2922/D574 in November 1961 and numbered D9018 and named BALLYMOSS. Allocated new to 52A Gateshead and withdrawn from York in Dece mber 1981 and scrapped at BREL Doncaster two years later. In good condition neatly trimmed, measures 27in x 14in. Complete with original British Railways Collectors Corner receipt.
Totem BR(M) FF COUNDON ROAD from the former London & North Western Railway station between Coventry and Nuneaton. In very good condition and one of only six used at this station.
Worksplate GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY MAKERS DONCASTER No 1017 1903 ex Ivatt C12 4-4-2 T numbered GNR 1531, LNER 4531, 7384 and BR 67384. Allocated to Langwith Junction and 40C Louth from where it was withdrawn in April 1956 and scrapped at Doncaster Wor ks. Oval cast brass, face restored with some cracking around the bolt holes, measures 10.75in x 6.5in.
London Midland & Scottish Railway Stanier Hooter locomotive whistle with swan neck end fitting. These were only fitted to Stanier Coronation pacifics and it is believed they were made with the swan neck for fitment to the streamline casing. In as removed condition complete with some original maroon paint. Measures 15.5in long.
London Transport enamel frieze sign WATERLOO. In very good condition with minor edge chipping, measures 59in x 9in.

Allocated to Old Oak Common, Cardiff Canton, Trafford Park, Willesden, Aston, Rugby, Llandudno Junction, Crewe, Newton Heath an d 12A Carlisle Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn in October 1966 and scrapped at Cashmore's Newport. Face restored.

Oval cast brass face restored complete with re numbering strip and clearly visible underneath the earlier number 2701. Measures 9in x 5in.

Nameplate crest as carried by British Railways Deltic locomotive ROYAL SCOTS GREY. Built at English Electric Vulcan Foundry in 1961 and originally numbered D9000 and 55022 in 1974. Withdrawn in 1982 and purchased by the Deltic Fund. This crest was fi tted in August 2006 and was carried for the rest of the year before being removed at the East Lancs Railway. Chromed brass measuring 8in x 8.5in. It comes with a letter of authenticity from Martin Walker, former owner.

Totem BR(NE) EAGLESCLIFFE from the former North Eastern Railway station between Stockton and Darlington. Face drilled with black edge letters. In good condition with some areas of restoration.
Nameplate GOLD COAST ex LMS Stanier Jubilee 4-6-0 built at Crewe in 1934 and numbered LMS 5610 and BR 45610. Allocated to Kentish Town, Burton and 17A Derby from where it was withdrawn in January 1964 and scrapped at Derby works, these plates were re moved in 1958 when the locomotive was renamed Ghana. In faced restored condition. Rear stamped with one dot indicating this is the left hand side plate. This is the other side to the one we sold back in 2010.
London Transport enamel fascia sign UNDERGROUND. In excellent condition measures 59.5in x 11.5in. This pattern with the large U and D is seldom seen.

Allocated to Annesley, Colwick and 37A Ardsley from where it was withdrawn in September 1963 and scrapped at Darlington Wo rks. Oval engraved brass, face lightly restored, rear stamped 3236. Measures 13.5in x 7.5in.
Furness Railway 3 Aspect Hand Lamp brass plated F.R.C. SANDSIDE No1. In nice original condition but missing its blue glass and reservoir and burner. Sandside was on the joining line between Hincaster on the London and North Western main line and Ar nside on the Furness.
Nameplate HOLKHAM HALL ex GWR Collett Hall Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1941 as order number 340 and numbered 6926. Allocated to Old Oak Common, Severn Tunnel Junction, Oxley, Stafford Road, Shrewsbury, Tyseley and 84C Banbury from where it was wi thdrawn in May 1965. and scrapped at Cashmore's Great Bridge. In original condition with 6926 L stamped into the back indicating this is the left hand plate. Holkham Hall is an 18th-century country house near the village of Holkham, Norfolk, England, constructed in the Neo-Palladian style for the 1st Earl of Leicester, by the architect William Kent. The right hand plate is owned by the estate.

Stored at Doncaster Works, Scunthorpe and Frodingham depot where it was cut up by staff from MRJ Phillips, Llanelly December 1995. Oval cast aluminium, face restored. Measures 9.5in x 5.75in.

Hawkins. In very good condition, measures 15.5in x 14in. A rare survivor.

Loco now based on the Avon Valley Railway and name reapplied. Oval cast aluminium, face restored. Measures 9.5in x 5.75in.

Great Western Railway mahogany cased Home Signal Repeater, brass plated 1.5. In very good ex railway condition with free swinging pivot and lightening conductor. Stands 8.75in tall.

Oval cast iron in restored condition, measures 8.5in x 6in.

Midland Railway machine engraved brass shelf plate AIS GILL. In good condition with original black wax infill. Measures 5in x .875in, together with another DOWN LINE 4.25in x .625in. Both in ex railway condition. Ais Gill summit is the highest point on the Settle to Carlisle Railway, at 1,169 ft above sea level.
