Oval c ast brass face restored, measures 12.25in x 8in.

Smokebox numberplate 6159 ex GWR Collett 2-6-2 T built at Swindon in 1933. Allocated to Old Oak Common, Southall and 81E Didcot from where it was withdrawn in July 1965 and scrapped at Steel Supply Co., Jersey Marine. Lightly face restored.

GWR brass cabside numberplate 7786 ex GWR Collett 0-6-0 PT built by Armstrong Whitworth as works number 1142 in 1930. Allocated to 87A Neath Court Sart from where it was withdrawn in May 1962 and scrapped at Cashmores Newport. Face restored rear orig inal condition.

Midland Railway etched frosted plate glass compartment coach lavatory window with Midland Wyvern in Garter coat Of Arms and ornate border in maroon. In very good condition and definitely a rare survivor. Measures 30.5in x 16.5in.

Worksplate ANDREW BARCLAY SONS & CO CALEDONIA WORKS KILMARNOCK No 1290 of 1912 ex 0-4-0ST supplied new to Archibald Baird & Son, Hamilton for Babcock & Wilcox Ltd and named Renfrew No.3, then in April 1948 sold to Burt, Boulton & Hayw ood, Totton, Hants and named Benton II. Scrapped in July 1966 by R.S. Maunder of Southampton. Oval cast brass lightly face cleaned measures 16.75in x 11.75in

Worksplate BUILT BY THE BIRMINGHAM RAILWAY CARRIAGE & WAGON CO LTD SMETHWICK ENGLAND 1960 SERIAL No DEL 114 ex British Railways Diesel Class 33 originally numbered D6522 becoming 33014 Feb 1974. Allocated new to 73C Hither Green Sep 1960. It was badly damaged in a shunting accident at Theale in Jan 1986 and moved to Eastleigh where it was withdrawn in Feb 1986 and cut up by BR staff in Sep 1986. Rectangular chromed brass face cleaned measures 8in x 5.75in.

Great Western Railway pre grouping 3 Aspect Copper Top hand lamp stamped on the side and revolving drum GWR SWINDON Z and brass plated 16318. Complete with original GWR copper reservoir, BR WR burner and GWR etched front lens. In nicely restored cond ition, red glass missing.

GWR brass signal lever leads x2; 6 UP PLATFM LINE TO UP SIDINGS HOME 44 39 6.75in long and UP PLATFM LINE TO UP GOODS RUNNING LOOP FACING TO UP MAIN 7.5in long, both are in good condition.

Worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LTD GLASGOW No 25756 1946 ex Malay State Railways 04 4-6-2 56401. Diamond shaped cast brass, face restored with 56401 stamped in the back, measures 13.75in x 5.5in.

Cab plate HAWKER SIDDELEY BRUSH TRACTION ex British Railways Class 92 92014. Built in 1994 and named Emile Zola it was painted in the Caledonian Sleeper livery. Rectangular stainless steel measures 4.75in x 3in. In as removed condition.

Smokebox numberplate 6327 ex GWR Churchward 2-6-0 built at Swindon in 1921. Allocated to Banbury, Stourbridge Junction, Tyseley, St Philips Marsh, Bristol Bath Road, Swindon and 83B Taunton from where it was withdrawn in September 1963 and scrapped at Cohens Morriston. Lightly face restored.

Glasgow and South Western Railway signal box shelfplate ABERCORN. Hand engraved brass in ex box condition measures 3in x 1in. From either Arkleston Junction or Porterfield signal boxes.

Worksplate BUILT 1951 CREWE ex Riddles Standard Class 7 Britannia 4-6-2 in the number range 70000-70024 or Riddles Standard Class 6 Clan 4-6-2 nos 72000-1. Oval cast iron face restored, measures 10.5in x 6in.

Locomotive Nameplate SAINT CHAMOND ex French S.N.C.F 6500 Maurienne class No 6535, to traffic 11th December 1971 and named 1st December 1973, withdrawn 13th December 2004 and scrapped. This was one of the second batch of 6500 locos and were also equi pped with third rail pickups for use on the line between Chambery and Modane. Cast aluminium in as removed condition, measures 19.5in x 24.25in.

M&GN / GNR mahogany cased Single Line Pegging block instrument. Brass plated CLAY LAKE and stamped GNR TELE on the top and 1102 on the base. Stands 19in tall and is in ex railway condition. From either Water Lane Signal box or Cunninghams Drove S ignal Box.

Flamecut cabside panel 45015 ex British Railways Diesel locomotive built at Derby in 1961 and originally numbered D14, allocated new to 17A Derby and withdrawn from service in March 1986 and stored at Toton, cut up in November 2022 and some parts sol d to other loco groups. In as cut condition, measures 33in x 20.5in. Sold on behalf of the Shackerstone Railway society.

GWR cast iron Annetts key instrument face marked GWR SIGNAL DEPT TO OBTAIN KEY etc. In good condition stands 11in tall.

Worksplate BUILT 1952 DERBY ex Riddles Standard Class 5 4-6-0 73029. The plate was acquired by and ex Southern Region driver after the loco had been withdrawn. Oval cast iron face restored, measures 10.5in x 6in.

Allocated to New England, Doncaster, Colwick, Langwith Junction and 3 4F Grantham from where it was withdrawn in September 1963 and scrapped at Rigleys (Bulwell Forest). In face restored condition.

Southern Railway enamel target station sign SYDENHAM from the former London Brighton & South Coast Railway station between New Cross and Norwood Junction. In good condition with a few small chip repairs around the screw holes and edges. Measures 29in long.

Allocated to Accrington, Bolton, Agecroft and 24C Lostock Hall from where it was withdrawn in October 1963 a nd scrapped Crewe works. Oval cast brass, face restored, measures 9.5in x 5.75in.

British Railways station platform sign HERSHAM from the former London & South Western Railway station between Surbiton and Weybridge. Screen printed plastic, in good ex station condition, measures 66in x 12in.

Tenderplate LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY DARLINGTON WORKS 1923 8579. Ex North Eastern Railway Worsdell J27 0-6-0 numbered NER 2391, LNER 5893 and BR 65893. Allocated to Heaton, Sunderland, Borough Gardens and 52F Blyth from where it was withdra wn in July 1966 and scrapped at Hughes Bolckows, Battleship Wharf, North Blyth. Oval cast brass face restored, measures 9in x 5in.

LNER cast iron seat back WILLOUGHBY from the former Great Northern Railway station between Boston and Louth. In very good face restored condition, measures 36in x 4.25in.

Diamond shaped cast brass, face restored, measures 13.5in x 5.5in.
