In excellent condition complete with all 158 colour diagrams. Measures 10in x 6.5in.

The famous last section of the withered arm closed in 1967.

Great Eastern Railway 12 inch mahogany cased English fusee railway clock supplied to the railway circa 1890. The rectangular plated chain driven fusee movement is in good clean condition and is stamped G.E.R on the backplate. The case has a one piece turned convex surround, cast brass bezel, one side door and a bottom door and the rear of the back box is branded GER twice. The dial has been repainted post 1949 by the British Rail clock workshops at Doncaster and is lettered BR(E) 3018 which has been cleaned and GER repainted post railway service, this could easily be reversed, the rear of the dial has BR(E) 3018 painted on it. The LNER clock records show that this clock as being last in use at Stratford Assistant District Engineers Office. In working order but not checked for accuracy complete with pendulum and key and a copy of the LNER clock record.
British Railways Eastern Region 10 inch mahogany cased fusee railway clock with a rectangular plated wire driven English fusee movement, supplied circa 1949. The original dial displays BR(E) 12857 in ghosted writing which could easily be reinstated. The case has a spun brass bezel one side door and a bottom door secured with a brass turn. The LNER clock records show this clock as last in use at Gidea Park Motive Power Depot. Motormen's Time Office. In working order but not checked for accuracy complete with pendulum and key and a copy of the LNER clock record.
Great Eastern Railway 6inch Mahogany cased Fusee Bracket clock supplied to the G.E.R. circa 1890. The English chain driven fusee movement has rectangular plates with turned pillars, the original dial has been lightly restored in original style and di splays G.E.R 1087 it retains its original cast brass bezel and sight ring. The mahogany case has a solid rear door with a keyed lock. The L.N.E.R. records show that this clock was used at Stratford Chief Mechanical Engineers department Subway Office and was transferred there in March 1940 replacing clock number 1396 which was destroyed by Enemy action. Complete with pendulum, keys and a copy of the LNER clock record. In working condition recently oiled but not tested for timekeeping, stands 14.25in tall.
British Railways Eastern Region 6 inch mahogany cased mantle clock. The original dial shows BR(E) 13139 and MADE IN ENGLAND. The mahogany case retains its original cast brass bezel and is stamped underneath BR E 13139. The Smiths 7 day going barrel movement with platform escapement is in good working condition and has been recently cleaned and oiled. The LNER clock records show this clock as last being in use at Kings Cross Assistant District Engineers Office. Comes complete with key and a copy of the clock record. Measures 10.5in x 9.25in x 3.75in deep.
