Totem BR(M) HF NOTTINGHAM MIDLAND from the former Midland Railway station between Derby and Lincoln. In very good condition with a few minor face chips and very slight loss of shine, certainly one of the better examples from this station which are us ually fairly poor.
British Railways cabside DOUBLE ARROW ex British railways Electric Class 85. Measures 30in long and is in as removed condition with plenty of BR Blue paint on the front and edges.
LMS Hawkseye FOXFIELD from the former Furness Railway station between Barrow and Millom and Junction for the Coniston branch. Cast aluminium measures 48in x 18in, in nicely face restored condition.
Worksplate W.G.BAGNALL LTD ENGINEERS STAFFORD ENGLAND No 2384 ex Great Western Railway Collett 0-6-0PT numbered 6703. Allocated to 88B Cardiff East Dock for most of its working life and withdrawn from there in January 1958 and scrapped at Swindon Wor ks. Oval cast brass face restored measures 6.325in x 4.125in. Note this is the less common smaller pattern Bagnall plate used on 6700-24.

GWR brass cabside numberplate 5055 ex Collett Castle Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1936 and named LYDFORD CASTLE renamed EARL OF ELDON in 1937. Allocated to Old Oak Common, Oxford, Newton Abbot, Carmarthen, Fishguard Goodwick, Hereford and 85B Glou cester Horton Road from where it was withdrawn in September 1964 and scrapped at Cashmore's Newport. Face restored, rear original.
GWR signal lever leads, a pair; 1 DETONATOR OFF UP MAIN ON, 2 DETONATOR OFF DOWN MAIN ON. These are the much rarer Standard GWR Lever Pattern detonator plates as opposed to the normal oval type. Both in ex railway condition and measure 5.5in long.

Worksplate R&W. HAWTHORN LESLIE & Co LTD NEWCASTLE ON TYNE 3697 1928 ex LNER Gresley N2 0-6-2T numbered LNER 2688, 9574 and BR 69574. Allocated to and withdrawn from 34A Kings Cross in March 1961 and scrapped at Doncaster works. Oval cast bra ss face lightly cleaned, measures 10in x 6.25in.
Nameplate MYSORE ex LMS Stanier Jubilee 4-6-0 built by the North British Locomotive Company, Glasgow in 1934 as works number 24144 and numbered LMS 5586 and BR 45586. Allocated to Crewe North, Bushbury, Edge Hill, Aston, Llandudno Junction and 5B Cre we South from where it was withdrawn in January 1965 and scrapped at Cashmore's (Great Bridge). In face restored condition, rear with one dot indicating this is the left hand side. Mysore was a Kingdom in India until 1947 and there is still a city still with the name.

Leather cash bag with brass plate MELANGOOSE MILL C.M.R. Melangoose Mill was on the Cornwall Minerals Railway on a branch from St Dennis. A rare survivor in very good condition, the top of the bag has been cut off. Also attached is a label British Tr ansport Commission Historical Relics Section Euston Station.
Great Western Railway enamel station Lamp Tablet MARLBOROUGH from the former MSJWR station between Savernake and Swindon Town. Flanged at the top, in very good condition with a couple of small chip repairs at the top. Measures 33in x 6.25in. Note th e vendor acquired this upon closure of the line and was over painted in Western Region chocolate and cream Marlborough Low Level.

London Transport Underground enamel target/bullseye sign GANTS HILL with original bronze frame. In excellent condition measures 24in x 19in. Mounted on board for display. This is the earlier variant with the black line in the semi circles which date s it to the opening of the station soon after the war.

Nameplate PENDOLINO VIRGIN SPIRIT ex British Railways electric Class 390 number 390013. Rectangular cast aluminium very good condition with a small expertly repaired crack at the top left hand screw hole, measures 50.5in x 12.25in. Complete with orig inal Virgin letter of authenticity.
Nameplate THE BROCKLESBY ex Gresley D49 4-4-0 built at Darlington in 1934 and originally numbered LNER 230, 2756 and BR 62756. Allocated to Neville Hill and 50E Scarborough from where it was withdrawn in April 1958 and scrapped at Darlington Works an d its boiler was sent to Cowlairs as a spare. Curved cast brass nicely face restored, rear of nameplate stamped L 230 indicating its is the left hand plate, original fox not stamped. Both mounting studs on the rear are missing the nuts to secure the fox. The first time either side from the locomotive has appeared since removal.

Allocated new to 30A Stratford Apr 1961. Loco was stored at Swindon Works Oct 1980 and withdrawn Dec 1980 whilst allocated to Old Oak Common. Re-instated to Tinsley Sep 1982. Named Sister Dora from Oct 1988 to Feb 1996. Stored at Bescot Jan 1999 and moved to Springs Branch CRDC Jun 2000. Sold for preservation and moved to the Mid Norfolk Railway Dec 2002. Nameplates restored in 2004. Moved to Mangapps Railway museum Aug 2013 and is currently at the Spa Valley Railway running as 31430. Oval cast aluminium in as removed condition with a small crack to the left hand bolt hole. Measures 9.625in x 5.75in.
