Great Eastern Railway glass Carafe etched GER LC, stands 7in tall and is undamaged. Together with a GER silverplate Teapot showing worn Batswing logo. Additionally, a scarce 4.75in Saucer with ornate rim and Gleneagles Hotel lettering, base marked LM S Hotels. Has 3 chips to rim but such a rarity deserves restoration. (3 items)
LNER Carriage Mat with floral design and large company initials each end. Used condition measuring 67.5in x 31.5in. Would clean up nicely.
Great Eastern Railway sliding knob Handlamp, complete with a GER marked reservoir. Good unrestored condition.
LMS 3 aspect Austerity Handlamp, complete with sliding glass aspects, reservoir and LMSR burner. Totally unrestored.
Great Eastern Railway cast iron Paperweight of the 0-10-0 Decapod locomotive. The GER Class A55 or Decapod was an experimental steam locomotive with an 0-10-0T wheel arrangement designed by James Holden for the Great Eastern Railway. This particular paperweight has not seen by us before.
LNER oval Mirror measuring 20in x 11.5in, company initials at bottom, no significant damage. Together with x1 GER brass screw type Clipboard and x3 LNER similar. (5 items)
M&GN 3 aspect Handlamp stamped on side with company initials but location plate missing. Complete with reservoir and a BRE & NER burner. Unrestored, slight crack top of front lens.
Great Eastern Railway oak Desk Tidy/Leaflet Rack with slatted wood roller cover, deeply branded GER at base of first front compartment. Measures 15.5in x 10in x 6.5in deep. One roller slat detached but present. The roller cover slides right over to t he back of the unit.
London & North Eastern Railway notice re PLATFORM TICKETS for persons not proceeding by train, dated November 1935. Plasticated card in original wooden frame measuring 14in x 9in. A delightful survivor in very good, original condition.
Great Eastern Railway Oil Can stamped GER on side and bearing an original brass plate DULLINGHAM PETROLEUM OIL FOR LONG BURNING LAMPS. The base is 7in diameter. Dullingham station is between Six Mile Bottom and Newmarket on the Cambridge to Ipswich r oute.

British Poster regarding Travel in German - Austria an Official Statement by the German Railways Information Bureau dated April 6th 1938. The poster denounces the unfounded rumour that visitors should not visit German - Austria until after the Plebis cite on April 10th 1938. Double Royal size, printed by McCorquodale London. Folds and tears, less so on edges, foxing with some age and somewhat fragile.
Poster AUTUMN HOLIDAYS IN THE WEST SPECIALLY REDUCED FARES, circa 1961. Lists an exhaustive array of Devon & Cornwall destinations including the long closed Ilfracombe, Bideford, Bude, Padstow, Camelford and Wadebridge. Double Royal size, printed by Stafford & Co Netherfield. Folds and creases but overall very good.
