Unofficially named Mirage at Tinsley Oct 1992. Withdrawn from Tinsley Mar 1994 and sold for preservation to County School, Norfolk but delivered instead to the North Norfolk Railway, Sheringham Sep 1994 and remains there today. Rectangular chromed brass face cleaned, measures 10.125in x 4.5in.

Totem BR(S) FF SNODLAND from the former South Eastern and Chatham Railway station between Strood and Maidstone West. In very good condition with one small chip repair. A rare totem that has appeared only twice before at auction the last time 13 years ago.

BR(SC) FF enamel doorplate WAITING ROOM. In very good condition with a few small edge chips that have been touched in. Measures 18in x 6in.

Southern Railway enamel target station sign HOLLINGBOURNE from the former South Eastern and Chatham Railway station between Maidstone and Ashford. In good condition with some areas of restoration, measures 36in long.

BR(SC) FF Signal Box board DALMALLY from the former Caledonian Railway station between Callander and Oban. In very good condition with repairs mainly to the corners and slight loss of shine, measures 60in x 12in.

Totem BR(S) FF TONBRIDGE from the former South Eastern and Chatham Railway station between Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells. In excellent condition.

Smokebox numberplate 42445 ex LMS Fowler 4P 2-6-4 T built at Derby in 1934 and numbered LMS 2445. Allocated to Watford, Stoke, Stockport, Brunswick, Chester, Trafford Park, Speke Junction and 24C Lostock Hall from where it was withdrawn in October 19 64 and scrapped the following year. Lightly face restored.

GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 2200 ex Collett 0-6-0 built at Swindon in 1938. Allocated to Machynlleth, Didcot, Croes Newydd and 82D Westbury from where it was withdrawn in September 1962 and scrapped at Cashmores Newport. In nicely face restored condition.

GWR Stainless Steel Motif. One of only 12 of this type made and fitted to Power Cars 43187, 43188, 43005, 43016, 43042, 43194. This set is confirmed as having been removed from 43005 formerly St. Micheals Mount and this was the first GWR Castle Class Power Car to go off lease as part of the Castle Class withdrawal on 1st April 2023, they were removed at Laira Depot between that date and the 4th July 2023 when 43005 was returned to its owner Angel Trains Limited. Laser cut Stainless steel complete with backing plates, the W stands 38.5in tall. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railway for their chosen charities and comes with an official GWR certificate of authenticity confirming the original owner.

Great Northern Railway large double pie crust 3 Aspect handlamp stamped in the reducing cone GNR 9127 and body GNR 9116. Brass plated GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY HALLATON STN No4 GN & L&NW JOINT. In original condition complete with all glasses and LNWR style reservoir. Hallaton was between Market Harborough and Tilton.

LMS Hawkseye HADNALL from the former London & North Western Railway station between Shrewsbury and Whitchurch. Cast aluminium measures 48in x 18in. In nice original condition. This is the first time one has appeared at auction.

Great Western Railway glass lamp tablet LAMBOURN from the former station on the branch from Newbury. In very good condition measures 14.5in x 3in.

Smokebox numberplate 47214 ex Midland Railway Johnson 0-6-0 T built by The Vulcan Foundry in 1900 and numbered MR 2455, LMS 1914, 7214 and BR 47214. Allocated to 14A Cricklewood East from where it was withdrawn in May 1959 and scrapped the following year. In restored condition.

Great Western Railway mahogany signalbox indicator with flag LOCK ON LOCK OFF brass plated with LEVER No2 and paper label THE WORKING OF THIS INDICATOR MUST BE OBSERVED BOTH BY DAY AND BY NIGHT. Ex Sharpness Swing Bridge as indicated by the Signalbox diagram in this auction. In very good ex railway condition with paint flaking on the green zinc face, flag moves freely, stands 9.5in tall. A unique and desirable instrument.

GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 2224 ex Collett 0-6-0 built at Swindon in 1940. Allocated to Swindon, Carmarthen and 82B Bristol St Philips Marsh from where it was withdrawn in September 1963 and scrapped at Cohens Morriston. Face restored.

Nameplate HUDSON ex 0-6-0 ST built by Avonside Engineering in 1915 as works number 1724. Delivered new to The Port Of Bristol Authority Avonmouth and numbered S1. Rectangular cast brass lightly face restored, measures 26.5in x 5.25in.

In very good condition, measures 44in at the top x 46in tall and the fireplace opening is 22in tall x 18in wide. A rare survivor and possibly e x Soham Station. Stored at Swindon Works until moved to Doncaster Works Mar 1983 and into preservation at the National Railway Museum, York where it remains today. This loco was the first production main line locomotive to appear under the BR Modernisation plan of 1955. Rectangular cast brass face restored, measures 10in x 4.325in.

Smokebox numberplate 58124 ex Midland Railway Johnson 2F 0-6-0 built by Kitson in 1875 and numbered MR 381, LMS 2920, 22920 and BR 58124. Allocated to Aston, Bushbury and 21B Bescot from where it was withdrawn in July 1962 and scrapped at Cashmores G reat Bridge. Face restored.

London & North Western platform seat with RUGBY in the back rail. In recently restored condition, measures 120in long, both wrought iron ends are marked LNWR. Buyer to collect from a South Leicestershire location.
