Worksplate BUILT 1956 DERBY Ex British Railways Class 08 diesel shunter in the number range D3207 to D3216 (08139 to 08148) and D3245 to D3294 (08177 to 08224). Oval cast iron in as removed condition. From one of the locomotives that was scrapped at Swindon. Measures 10.625in x 6in.
London Underground enamel target/bullseye station sign SEVEN SISTERS. Measures 24in x 24in and is in excellent condition.
Totem BR(M) HF ROCHDALE from the former Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway station between Manchester and Todmorden. In good condition with some small face chips and slight loss of shine in places.

Locomotive headboard E II R as used in the coronation year 1953 of our late Queen Elizabeth II. Painted steel complete with lamp bracket on the back and barely legible Return To Leicester. In used condition with some marks, measures 32in x 21in.
Nameplate TRAVELWATCH SOUTHWEST ex British Railways Class 43 HST 43034. Allocated new to St. Philips Marsh (Bristol) Dec 1976. Previously named The Black Horse (10/94-12/07). Named at Taunton station on 1/3/08 and removed when loco was transferred to ScotRail in Dec 2018. Still in service with ScotRail. Rectangular cast aluminium in as removed condition measures 65.25in x 9.875in. Sold on behalf of Great Western Railway for their chosen charities and comes with an official GWR certificate of authenticity confirming the original owner.
Smokebox numberplate 52217 ex LYR Aspinall 11 class 0-6-0 built at Horwich works in 1893. Allocated to Low Moor and 25E Sowerby Bridge from where it was withdrawn in August 1957 and scrapped later the same year. Face restored.
GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 5421 ex Collett 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in 1935. Allocated to Southall, Abercynon, Pontypool Road, Taunton, Gloucester Horton Road and 89A Oswestry from where it was withdrawn in September 1962 and scrapped at Cashm ore's (Great Bridge). In nicely restored condition. A rare plate from a small class of 25.

Worksplate THE HUNSLET ENGINE CO LTD LEEDS 325HP No 6664 1969 from a 0-6-0 Diesel Hydraulic Locomotive used at NCB Granville Colliery Staffordshire and numbered D2. Oval cast brass in face restored condition measures 11in x 8in.
Worksplate THE HUNSLET ENGINE CO LTD LEEDS 175HP No LE 9424 1989. Ex 20 tonne 900mm gauge battery rack adhesion 0-4-0 locomotive running number RA37. Delivered to the Channel Tunnel group and used during the construction of the tunnel. Oval cast bras s in lightly cleaned condition measuring 11.5in x 8in. A plate from one of the locomotives that worked on the most significant engineering feat of the 20th Century.
Smokebox numberplate 48399 ex LMS Stanier 8F 2-8-0 built at Horwich in 1945 and numbered LMS 8399. Allocated to Leicester Midland and 20A Holbeck from where it was withdrawn from in August 1967 and scrapped the following year. Face restored.

Allocated to Stratford, Norwich Thorpe, March and 12A Carlisle Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn in March 1967 an d scrapped at Campbells (Airdrie). Rectangular cast brass lightly face cleaned.

Great Northern Railway 3 Aspect large pattern double pie crust Handlamp brass plated GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY CHAUL END NO 1. Stamped in the reducing cone GNER /92 13705 and stamped in the side GNR 13705 Complete with all glasses, original fixe d reservoir and burner. In good original condition. Chaul End was a temporary railway halt on the Great Northern Railway's branch line from Welwyn which served a munitions factory near Luton during the First World War.

Allocated to Stourbridge Junction, Cardiff East Dock, Cardiff Canton, Gloucester Horton Road, Old Oak Common and 8 1C Southall from where it was withdrawn in June 1965 and scrapped. In cleaned condition ready to restore.

BR(M) FF enamel railway station direction sign KENTISH TOWN WEST STATION with British Railways totem and left facing arrow, from the former London & North Western and North London Railway Joint station between Kentish Town Junction and Willesden Junction which closed in 1971 due to a fire and was reopened a decade later. In very good condition with minor chipping and some rust loss to the bottom flange, measures 28in x 13in.
Royal Mail Travelling Post office flamecut cut panel M 30209 M. From an Travelling Post office coach originally West Coast Joint Stock number 454 and then 30209 in 1933. Withdrawn in 1965 after this vehicle was used for trials of a short wave alarm s ystem as a consequence of The Great Train Robbery. Neatly cut measures 22.5in x 38in.

Bristol tram license plate BRISTOL TRAMWAYS CAR LICENSE 96. Oval cast zinc alloy in as removed condition, measures 6.5in x 4.25in. From car number 96 which was one of the late 19th century supplied cars that operated on this extensive system. There a re two later numbers of this style of plate in the Bristol Council Museum.
Dutch State Railway Nederlandse Spoorwegen locomotive headlamp. In original condition with brass makers plate F.F.A SCHULZE BERLIN, N. In original condition this pre World War Two lamp retains its original paraffin reservoir and burner but is missing its front glass, Stands 26in tall.
London Chatham & Dover Railway 3 aspect handlamp, stamped in the side LC&DR and SE&CR No 112 in the reducing cone complete with SR Ashford vessel and BR(S) burner. In nice original condition complete with all glasses.
British Railways plaque depicting Warship Diesel Hydraulic locomotive No D823. These were cast at BREL Swindon and limited to an issue of 3000. This one bears the unique number 2055 and comes with its original certificate. In very good condition meas ures 10.5in x 8in.
Headboard C.T.A.C. SCOTTISH TOURS EXPRESS. As used in the 1950s when the Creative Tourist Agents Conference, in conjunction with British Railways, ran tours of Scotland for railway staff on an all inclusive basis. Face restored cast aluminium with Ha ymarket painted on the rear, measures 41in wide.
