L&NWR Lever Plates, quantity 11 being the full set from Longridge Signal Box which was located on the Up side of the line alongside Berry Lane level crossing, and was an LNWR type 4 design fitted with an 11 lever Saxby & Farmer frame, opened January 1884 on the Preston & Longridge Railway. LMS oval brass Water Capacity 3250 Gallons. Together with a cast iron WATER - SHUT - OPEN plate and a brass ON/OFF plate. (3 items)

British Railways Telephone Circuit Card mounted in an original LNER cast iron frame. Headed UP YARD CIRCUIT it evidently refers to Whitemoor Yard having UP HUMP FOREMAN, WHITEMOOR OFFICE, UP TOWER and TWENTY FEET BOX within the listings.

LNER mahogany cased Dual Line Crossing Keepers Instrument. Measures 12in x 9.5in with both indicator needles able to swing freely. Good original condition.

Poster, BR double royal size, Inter City 125 - The Journey Shrinker Is Coming - Edinburgh to London. An iconic poster, virtually a bygone age. Some pinholes and a little edge damage but would frame really well.

Of note are the earlier semi pictorial with early DMU's for Yarmouth - Gorleston and Ipswich - Saxmundham. Others are Inter City, Timetable Letterpress; Weekend Engineering; Anglia Railways; Rail Card and many more. The collection is from East Anglia so much is from the March, Ely and Peterborough area and a substantial amount are pristine. An opportunity to acquire the future rarities in bulk.
