Rudge Cycles original Dealers Window Transfer still on original backing paper 16.75in x 23.5in 'Raleigh Industries Nottingham'. A very rare survivor.
Worksplate LMS Built 1944 SR, oval brass. Layers of original paint on face, rear ex loco with old painted number 48697. Ex Stanier 2-8-0 8F heavy freight locomotive. A much travelled loco, allocations include Mold, Llandudno, Stafford, Stoke, Croes N ewydd and Heaton Mersey from where withdrawal took place in December 1967.
GCR mahogany cased Pegging Block Instrument with relay box on rear and plated UP MAIN. Together with a similar but blanked as a n Indicator and stamped GCR on top of case, has a plate attached DOWN FAST LINE.
GWR post-grouping cast iron, fully titled Gate Notice. Measures 29.5in x 11in. Face restored.
LNER copper, wall-mounted Station Lamp stamped with company initials on the front. Complete with interior and burner, all in original condition. Ex Manea station.
Railway Executive Registration Plate No 1706 dated 1953. Ex HC 1825/1949 used at NCB Broomhill Colliery Northumberland. Oval cast iron 12in x 6in, ex loco condition. Together with a Bridge Makers Plate Markham & Co Makers 1912 Chesterfield Plates & S ections Parkgate Co Ltd. Oval cast iron 13.5in x 9in. Together with a L&Y Wagon Registration Plate, To Carry 12 Tons 29822 dated 1913, complete with lugs and a small Genly Repaired by W.R. Ltd L&Y 8 - 1947 plate.
Water Capacity 3500 Galls brass oval Tenderplate. Together with a cast iron rectangular 4000 Gallons Tenderplate Type L, ex 48388 (2 items)
Southern Railway Locomotives Prohibited red and white enamel together with a green and white enamel Half and Full, both in original condition. (2 items)
Worksplate Built 1955 Darlington. The vendor's personal records show this to be ex D3225 later 08157. Cast iron construction, restored.

GWR hand coloured Signal Box Diagram BIRMINGHAM MOOR STREET dated 22/8/13. Some edge tears into the linen backing but overall good and certainly a very historic item.

Wagon Plate cast iron 'D' type B 3176 14T Swindon 1950 Lot No 1759. This plate was fitted to a converted GWR built milk tank of which only 20 existed making it quite a scarcity.
Original Watercolour Painting by David Weston 'Elizabeth At Mountsorrel' showing the loco at Mount Sorrel Quarry. Measuring 22in x 15in and dated on the rear 1967. Framed and glazed. The painting is featured in David Weston's book 'For The Love of St eam' on page 55 and a copy of the book, printed in 1988, accompanies.

The lot consists of Original wooden surround, bezel, original dial and fusee movement circa 1870. The official recei pt accompanies the lot describing the clock as scrap machine parts 25p and is dated 20-3-1979.
