Locomotive currently stored at Toton. Cast aluminium In as removed condition namepla te measures 64.75in x 10in and badge 27in x 9.5in. Sold on behalf of DB Cargo (UK) Ltd and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.

Post Office enamel doorplate P.O. ENGINEERING DEPT INSPECTOR measuring 18in x 6in. Together with a cast aluminium sign PARKING OF CYCLES PROHIBITED measuring 20in x 4in. Both in very good condition.
Southern Railway enamel target sign POOLE from the former London and South Western Railway station between Bournemouth and Wimborne. In very good condition with minor edge chipping.
Smokebox numberplate 3608 ex Collett 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in 1939. Allocations included Oxford, Slough, Old Oak Common and lastly 81C Southall from where it was withdrawn in June 1965 and scrapped later the same year at T.W. Ward Briton Ferry. In nice original condition.
Great Northern Railway 12 inch mahogany cased fusee clock with original dial lettered LNER 7187. In good condition but requires pendulum and key. This style of clock was supplied by John Walker of London circa 1870. The LNER clock records show it was last in use at Beckingham Station Waiting Room and was originally GNR clock number 254.

Diesel worksplate GM LOCOMOTIVE GROUP Manufactured at: London, Canada. MODEL JT42 CWR SERIAL 968702-118 DATE 04-99 ex class 66 66118. Rectangular stainless steel in ex loco condition and measures 12in x 4in.
North Eastern Railway 8 inch oak cased drop dial clock with a wire driven movement. Original dial lettered LNER 1271. The oak case has a bottom door and a side door and retains its original cast bezel. This clock was supplied to the North Eastern Rai lway circa 1870 by Reid and Son of Newcastle On Tyne and the LNER clock records show it was originally NER clock number 101 and was last in use at Alnwick Station Parcels Office. In original working condition complete with pendulum and key.

Renumbered 50037 in December 1973 and named without ceremony at Laira Depot in June 1978. Withdrawn in September 1991 and scrapped th e following year at M. C. Metals Glasgow. In as removed condition complete with original British Railways Collectors Corner receipt.
Nameplate MOSTYN HALL ex GWR Collett Hall 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1938 and numbered 5985. Allocated to Truro, St Blazey, Penzance, Oxley, Southall, Old Oak Common and 81F Oxford from where it was withdrawn in September 1963. Scrapped the following year at Cashmores Newport. In lovely as removed condition and has L5985 stamped into the back indicating this is the left hand plate.

Allocated to 88B Cardiff East Dock and withdrawn from there in September 1956 and scrapped. Face lightly cleaned. A rare double digit BR smokebox and one of only a handful known to survive.
Shedplate 5B Crewe South an early LMS pattern plate with the smaller 5 this would have been used from 1935-1967. Lightly face cleaned .

Paton Ltd for Amalgamated Anthracite Collieries Ltd Gwaun-Cae-Gurwen Colliery in Februa ry 1933 and scrapped in 1957 as number 726. Oval cast brass, face restored, measures 9.5in x 6.25in.
Diesel worksplate BUILT BY THE BIRMINGHAM RAILWAY CARRIAGE & WAGON CO LTD SMETHWICK ENGLAND 1961 SERIAL No DEL 151 ex BR Class 33 originally numbered D6559 then 33041 in 1974. Allocated new to 73C Hither Green and withdrawn from there in November 1975 and scrapped the following year . Rectangular chromed brass in very good condition measures 8in x 5.75in. Stamped in the back 33041.

LB&SCR 10 inch Mahogany cased fusee dial clock with a cast brass bezel, manufactured for the London Brighton and South Coast Railway circa 1889 by Grimshaw, Baxter & Elliott Ltd. The chain driven English fusee movement in fully overhauled con dition is of typical London style and has rectangular plates, the white enamel hand painted dial displays the legend, B.R.(S). John Walker 1, South Molton St London 796.B. and the rear of the case has been stamped 796 B. The Southern clock records show that this clock was originally supplied to Tulse Hill, Knights Hill Signal Box and was later transferred to Peckham Rye. In fully working condition complete with pendulum and keys.

Scrapped later the same year at T. W. Ward Beighton, Sheffield. Oval engraved brass with 8917 and 3218 stamped into the back. Measures 12in x 7in.

Nameplate STOKESAY CASTLE ex GWR Collett Castle 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1935 and named Stokesay Castle and numbered 5040. Allocated to Old Oak Common, Swindon and 82B St Phillips Marsh. Withdrawn in October 1963 and scrapped at Coopers Metals Sharp ness the following year. In lightly cleaned condition and stamped RIN 5040 in the back.
