Worksplate DARLINGTON No 2101 1950 ex Worsdell J72 0-6-0 T built at Darlington Works and numbered 69020. Allocated to York North and 50B Hull Dairycoates from where it was withdrawn in December 1963. Scrapped 2 years later at T. J. Thompson Stockton. Oval engraved brass measures 12.25in x 6.25in. Face lightly cleaned.
GWR brass cabside numberplate 6013 ex Collett King 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1928 and named KING HENRY VIII. Allocated to Old Oak Common and 84A Wolverhampton Stafford Road from where it was withdrawn in June 1962. Scrapped later the same year at Swi ndon Works. Face restored.
London Underground enamel target/bullseye EARLS COURT compete with bronze frame. This style without the white panels was only used at three stations. Measures 24in x 20in and mounted on board for display.

Southern Railway gold FREE PASS for all stations and steamers issued to A. Raworth (1882-1967) who was the Chief Electrical Engineer to the Southern Railway from 1938 to 1946. In very good condition.
Tyers Single Line chromed steel Key Token Configuration A, EMBLETON - COCKERMOUTH STATION 20. Ex Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith Railway which closed in 1966 being the last section after Bassenthwaite Lake.
LNWR notice titled LONDON AND NORTH WESTERN RAILWAY ARRANGEMENTS OF CARRIAGES COMPOSING HER MAJESTY'S TRAIN FROM GOSPORT TO BALLATER ON FRIDAY THE 31ST AUGUST AND SATURDAY THE 1ST SEPTEMBER 1900. Lists the carriages below a coloured picture and all t he occupants. Together with the original internal LNWR timetable, and a Caledonian Railway notice for the same train. This and the other paperwork included belonged to W.M Burke who amongst other positions was Superintendent of Perth General Station and then Joint manager of the Grangemouth, Kilsyth and Bonnybridge Railway and include his Job applications and references for these and other positions, lastly becoming City Chamberlain of Dundee.
British Railways Depot Plaque for IMMINGHAM. Square cast aluminium measuring 17.75in x 17.75in and is in as removed condition.
London and South Western Railway 8 inch dial mahogany cased fusee clock supplied to the LSWR around 1870 by John walker of London. The rectangular plated chain driven fusee movement has turned pillars and a shaped back cock. The mahogany case has a o ne piece turned surround, dovetailed back box with one side door and a bottom door with cock beading secured by a brass lock, it also retains its original cast brass bezel. The original dial is lettered L.S.W.R 3598 and has typical John walker heart shaped hands. The Southern Railway clock records show this clock as last being in use at Cosham Signal Box. In working condition complete with pendulum and key. A rare clock that has retained its pre grouping dial writing. And featured in the Railway Clock book by I.P. Lyman page 198.

Diesel worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LTD GLASGOW No 27928 1962 ex British Railways Class 22 numbered D6355 and initially allocated to 82A Bristol Bath Road. Withdrawn from 81A Old Oak Common in September 1968 and scrapped a year later a t Cashmores Newport. Diamond shaped cast aluminium in as removed condition. Also see lot 209.
Carriage prints, a pair; LONDON RIVER THAMES (KINGS REACH) by Frank Mason, LONDON CLEOPATRA'S NEEDLE AND EMBANKMENT by Jack Merriott. Both are from the LNER Post War series. Framed and glazed in original type frames. In good condition, prints measure 20in x 10in.

Allocated to Bournemouth and 71A Eastleigh from where it was withdrawn in October 1962 and scrapped later the same year. Face restored a long time ago, rear original. A substantial plate.

Oval cast brass measures 9.75in x 5.75in. Face lightly cleaned.

London and North Western Railway mahogany cased 12 inch dial clock with a wire driven fusee movement. The dial is lettered BR-W and the LNWR numberplate 10 is fixed to the right hand side of the back box. This clock is featured in The Railway Clock B ook by I. P. Lyman on page 106 and is known to have last been in service on the LNWR-GW Joint line at Coleham Yard Shrewsbury. In fine working condition complete with pendulum and key. Circa 1880-1890.

SE & CDR cast iron fireplace fender. The South Eastern and Chatham Railway (SECR) was formed on 1 January 1899, when the South Eastern Railway (SER) and London, Chatham and Dover Railway amalgamated, it was for a short while known as the SE & CDR. A rare survivor in very good condition, has been welded in the middle. Measures 42in long x 12in deep x 6in tall.
A pair of North Eastern Railway leather cash bags. One is brass plated N.E.R NORTH GRIMSTON, the other BURDALE. Both in very good condition and measure 10in long.

Original cast bezel and wartime replacement back box stamped 7760. In working condition complete with pend ulum and key. The Southern Railway clock records show that it was last in use at Wimbledon Carriage Sidings and was purchased in 1900.
