Diesel worksplate BRITISH RAILWAYS CREWE BUILT 1964 POWER EQUIPMENT BY BRUSH ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD AND SULZER ex BR Class 47 in the number range D1555 - D1655. Rectangular cast aluminium measures 13in x 6.5in. Face restored.
Nameplate BEXHILL. Ex Standard Gauge 0-6-0ST built by Manning Wardle as works No.1365 in 1898. It originally worked for contractors H.M.Nowell and S.Pearson and Co. Ltd before going to the Ministry of Munitions at Darlington. In 1919 it was acquired by J.F.Wake, Dealers Darlington and was sold on to James Smith who owned an Ironworks at Hamworthy in Dorset. In about 1937 it moved to the British Sugar Corporation Factory at Sproughton just outside Ipswich and was scrapped there in 1952.
Nameplate GYPSUM QUEEN II ex BR class 60 60008. Built at Brush Loughborough as works number 910 in January 1990, named in September 1995 name removed in February 2006. Locomotive currently stored at Toton. Cast aluminium In as removed condition measu res 59.25in x 8.25in. Sold on behalf of DB Cargo (UK) Ltd and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
LNER Kesick Scottish pattern china consisting of 5 small bowls, 3.5in diameter x 1.75in tall; 1 small bowl, 4in diameter x 2.25in tall; 1 medium size bowl, 5in diameter x 2.5in tall and 6 two handled soup bowls, 5in diameter x 1.75in tall. All 13 ite ms in very good condition.

LNER Pullman Car Table Lamp with chromed brass base stamped L&NER. Complete with original marbled celluloid shade which has a couple of small cracks. Stands 16.5in tall. These LNER lamps are seldom seen.

A pair of LNWR mahogany cased Absolute Block Instruments complete with bells. Both are stamped in the back LNWR and one is traffolite plated MAIN LINES TRING, the other DOWN BLOCK UP BLOCK. Both are in good condition and stand 24.5in tall.
GWR 3 Aspect pre grouping Coppertop Handlamp stamped in the side GWR Swindon and brass plated 19138. Complete with all glasses, correct GWR reservoir and burner, and the more unusual front clip in type lens. In lovely restored condition.
Original oil painting on canvas of GREAT EASTERN STEAMSHIP BERLIN by J. Randle October 09 ? Mounted within its original period gilded frame, the painting measures 20.5in x 12in, and is in fair condition. SS Berlin was built in 1894 for the GER and o perated on their ferry service between Harwich and The Hook Of Holland and sank on Thursday 21st February 1907.

Smokebox numberplate 47407 ex LMS Fowler 3F 0-6-0 T built at Crewe in December 1926. Allocations included Carnforth and 8A Edge Hill from where it was withdrawn in December 1959 and scrapped. Face restored.
Shedplate 83D Plymouth Laira 1950-1963 with sub sheds Launceston 1958-1962, Princetown to 1956 and Plymouth Docks to 1951. In restored condition but with clear Swindon casting marks to rear and edge.

Diesel worksplate HUDSWELL CLARKE & CO LTD RAILWAY FOUNDRY LEEDS ENGLAND No D810 1953 ex Experimental 0-6-0 Diesel Hi-Dyne locomotive named Enterprise. It worked at various collieries and was sold to the South Eastern Steam Centre in October 1972 . Sadly it was scrapped in 1992 at Booths Scrapyard Rotherham. Oval engraved brass in as removed condition measures 12.75in x 8in. A historic plate.

South African Railways brass cabside numberplate E1218 6E ex SAR Electric locomotive built at the Union Carriage & Wagon Works in Nigel Transvaal in 1971. In lightly cleaned condition.
Nameplate NORTHMET ex Robert Stephenson and Hawthorn 0-6-0 fireless steam locomotive works number 7056. Delivered new to the Neasden Generating Station London in 1942 which was also known as Taylors Lane. The locomotive was sold in 1972 to the South Eastern Steam Centre in Ashford. Rectangular cast brass, in lightly cleaned condition, measures 39.5in x 5.5in.
Nameplate BRITISH STEEL SHOTTON originally planned for a Cardiff based class 37 but never fitted. Cast aluminium measures 59in x 17.75in. Sold on behalf of DB Cargo and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Shedplate 52A Gateshead 1950-1973. Face restored with traces of yellow on the rear, probably as used on one of Gateshead's diesel locomotives.
A pair of GWR brass cased locomotive gauges mounted on a board. One is a loco vacuum Brake gauge, 6.25in diameter, the other is a Train Pipe vacuum gauge 6.25in diameter. Both are marked GWR to the face and in very good condition.
LMS Clocking In / Out Time Recorder. The original dial displays the makers name NATIONAL TIME RECORDER CO LTD ST MARY CRAY KENT. The original oak case has a glazed door and brass plate L.M.S. R.C.B 5-12. In nice original working condition complete wi th pendulum and key.
BR(S) enamel IFIELD from the Victoria Station indicator board. Measures 17in x 2.25in and is in excellent condition. Ifield was a former London Brighton and South Coast Railway station between Crawley and Faygate.
Worksplate LMS BUILT 1900 HORWICH. Probably from a LYR Aspinal 11 class 0-6-0 tender engine that survived into British Railways days and was withdrawn in the 50s and 60s. Oval Cast brass face restored, measures 10.5in x 6in.

Delivered new to Taylors Lane Power Station London where it spent all of its working life. Oval cast brass, face restored, m easures 9.5in x 5.25in. The loco is now on display at The Leeds Industrial Museum at Armley Mill.
